COMPONENT MOUNTER
The component mounter includes a mounting control section that controls a mounting operation for a component by the mounting head based on a control program to execute a mounting process. In a recovery process of attempting to mount a component anew with a mounting position related to the mounting operation as a target position in a case where an error has occurred in the mounting operation, the mounting control section executes the mounting operation for the component by using a designated holder that is one of the multiple holders allocated to the target position in the mounting process as the designated holder.
Automated storage system
An automated storage system for receiving, storing, and dispensing items is herein proposed. The system has an enclosure, which defines a storage volume, and a port which selectively connects the storage volume to the ambient space for deposit and retrieval of items. The system also includes a plurality of containers for containing at least one item being stored as well as a support structure for supporting the plurality of containers in the storage volume. The containers feature a base, an envelope extending from the base, and an opening opposing the base and providing access to an inner volume defined by the base and envelope for containing at least one item. The system includes a manipulator for transporting the containers between an access position at the port and a storage position at the support structure. Finally, the system includes a one-sided attachment interface between the container and the support structure for removably attach the container to the support structure in the storage position, in which the opening of the container is above the base.

Suction gripper for handling small piece goods
A suction gripper for handling small piece goods, particularly pharmaceutical packages, is provided. The suction gripper is suitable for handling different small piece goods. The suction gripper includes a main element, a rotary drive arranged on the main element with an axis of rotation which is vertical in the starting position, an end-effector unit coupled to the axis of rotation, wherein the end-effector unit has a holding element, to which a suction arm holder is fastened, wherein the suction arm holder has at least two elongated suction arms which each have a suction head with a suction surface at their distal end, wherein the suction arms are designed such that a negative pressure can be applied to them. The suction arm holder is rotatably mounted on the holding element, and the suction surfaces of the suction heads are dimensioned differently for handling different types of small piece goods.
Apparatus for taking out workpiece
An apparatus for taking out a workpiece includes: a nozzle head that has a plurality of suction nozzles, each of which has a suction unit configured to suction a workpiece, a frame that is attached to a transport apparatus, and a support unit that supports the plurality of suction nozzles and is supported by the frame in a movable manner, wherein the support unit is caused to move relative to the frame, thereby selectively arranging one of the plurality of suction nozzles at a predetermined use position; and a drive unit that causes one suction nozzle arranged at the predetermined use position to move relative to the frame and causes the one suction nozzle to move to a predetermined suction position at which the workpiece is suctioned by the suction unit.
Robotic shuttle system
A robotic shuttle system includes a rack system and one or more shuttles. The rack system includes a rack and a shuttle frame. The rack has storage locations for containers containing items. The shuttle frame has rails disposed along the rack. The shuttle includes a powertrain, container transfer mechanism, and a robot arm. The power train is configured to move the shuttle along the rails of the rack and on a surface outside of the rack system. The container transfer mechanism is configured to transfer the containers between the rack and the shuttle. The robot arm extends from the shuttle to transfer the items between one of the containers on the shuttle and a container in a container holder of the shuttle.
SEPARATION POSITIONING MECHANISM AND ROBOT POSITIONING SYSTEM
A separation positioning mechanism and a robot positioning system are disclosed. An embodiment of the separation positioning mechanism includes a fixed part, at least one guide rod, a movable part, a power part, and a positioning member. One end of the guide rod is fixed to the fixed part; the movable part is provided on the guide rod; the movable part is slidable along the guide rod to push a first assembly member placed on a transmission mechanism to be separated from the transmission mechanism. The robot positioning system includes the separation positioning mechanism.
