The present disclosure shows a device for the automated establishment of a plug-in connection of a plug arranged at a cable to a plug mating element, such as for cabling battery modules, and in the manufacture of vehicles having hybrid and/or electric drives, comprising: a gripper for gripping the plug, a handling unit having a plurality of axes for moving the gripper, with it being a multi-axis robot and/or a surface portal, and a control for controlling the gripper and the handling unit. Provision is made in this process that the gripper comprises a plug-in actuator for moving the plug into a plugged-in position with the plug mating element.

PART PACKING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A part packing system for packing a part in an elongated bag includes a bag holding machine including a first bag gripper mechanism, a second bag gripper mechanism, and an air nozzle. The first bag gripper mechanism is configured to hold a first end of the elongated bag. The first bag gripper mechanism opens the first end of the elongated bag. The second bag gripper mechanism is configured to hold a second end of the elongated bag. The second bag gripper mechanism closes the second end of the elongated bag. The air nozzle is located proximate to the first bag gripper mechanism. The air nozzle is configured to inflate the elongated bag with an airflow directed into the first end of the elongated bag. The first bag gripper mechanism holds the inflated elongated bag with the first end open to receive the part in the open first end while the air nozzle directs the airflow into the elongated bag.

The trolley has two sides being mounted to the diving board via the guide rail and being driven by a rack and pinion member. The gripper is connected to an end of the manipulator away from the trolley. The trolley includes two pairs of combined bearings and two pairs of eccentric wheels. The gripper is configured to grip a tubular subject and include two opposing flippers, two first electric putters, and two springs. The two first electric putters is configured to control the two flippers. One end of each spring of the two springs is connected to a flipper of the two flippers and the other end of the each spring is connected to a push rod of a first electric putter of the two first electric putters.

The fingers of the device can be aligned with precision using optional alignment features such as sliding within tabs fixed to one finger or sliding along a stabilizing pin fixed to one finger.

The supporting portion is pivotally connected to the supporter at a position between the gripping portion and the connecter so that the gripping member is pivotable relative to the stand. Two opposite ends of the elastic member are respectively connected to the supporting portion and the connecter. When one of the gripping portions touches an object, the gripping member pivots relative to the corresponding stand. Therefore, gripping a target may not be interrupted by interference objects around the target.
