DRYWALL TAPING TOOL
A taping tool is provided, the taping tool includes a housing, a spool disposed at one end of the housing, and a blade disposed at another end of the housing. The blade has a first end defining a first cutting tool and a second end defining a second cutting tool. The blade is retained by the housing in either a first configuration in which the first cutting tool projects from the housing or in a second configuration in which the second cutting tool projects from the housing.
CONVERTIBLE UTILITY KNIFE
A utility knife is provided for supporting a blade in use, the blade defining a cutting edge, the utility knife including a handle portion, a blade holder positioned proximate the handle and defining a longitudinal axis, the blade holder configured for retaining a blade, and a fastener for selectively retaining the blade within the blade holder in a plurality of orientations. In a first orientation the cutting edge extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the blade holder, and in a second orientation the cutting edge of the blade extends transverse to the longitudinal axis of the blade holder.

A POWER-ASSISTED FOLDING KNIFE
The present invention provides a power-assisted folding knife, comprising a handle, a blade, a locking mechanism, an assisting mechanism and a second assisting mechanism. The blade is rotatably connected to the handle. The locking mechanism and the second assisting mechanism are provided inside the handle. The assisting mechanism is connected to the handle and the blade respectively. When the blade is in a folded position, the assisting mechanism and the second assisting mechanism are used for locking or unlocking the blade. When the blade is in an unfolded position, the locking mechanism is used for locking or unlocking the blade. When the power-assisted folding knife is unfolded, the assisting mechanism and the second assisting mechanism provide assisting force for the blade and/or the handle.

Folding Knife having an Adjustable/Removable Thumb Stud
The folding knife includes a removable thumb stud slidably mounted on the blade to be selectively positioned along the length of the blade's spine. The thumb stud includes a flat button head and a pair of spaced legs that terminate with an in-turned foot. The blade has a channel cut into the flats on both sides of the blade, which act as tracks for the thumb stud. The opposed feet shiftably seat within the channels and allow the thumb stud to be selectively positioned along the length of the blade spine.

Folding knife
The invention discloses a folding knife, comprising: a blade, whose upper part is configured with a lockup switch mounting hole; a handle, whose lower part is configured with a stopping slot; a lockup switch provided in the lockup switch mounting hole and having a lockup part located on the first side of the blade, the lockup part has a lockup position at which it is clapped in the stopping slot when the blade and the handle are buckled up and an unlock position at which it is released from the stopping slot when the blade is separated from the handle. The folding knife of the invention enables safe locking after the blade is folded in the handle by making use of the lockup switch having a lockup part, the structure of the folding knife is simple and easy to implement, and safety performance of the folding knife is improved.
