Cultivator
A cultivator can have a frame with a tow assembly so that the cultivator can be towed by a tractor. A cultivating assembly can be pivotally attached to the rear of the frame. The cultivating assembly can have a plurality of discs that engage and penetrate the soil beneath the cultivating assembly. The cultivating assembly can have a center section pivotally connected to the rear end of the frame, a first wing section pivotally connected to one side of the center section, a second wing pivotally connected to the other side of center section where all the sections have discs connected to them. A pair of ground wheels can be connected to the center section so that the ground wheels are positioned in front of the cultivating assembly when it is being used to cultivate a field.
Apparatus and method for enhanced grading control
A rollered grading assembly, including an elongated roller drum, an axle extending through the drum, an elongated housing partially enclosing the drum and connected to the axle, an elongated blade connected to the housing, a pivot rod perpendicular to the axle and connected to the housing, a coupler connected to the housing, and a pivot actuator connected to the coupler and housing. The coupler has a proximal end connected to the housing portion and positioned adjacent the roller drum and a spaced distal end extending away from the housing. Movement of the distal end a first distance while the proximal end remains stationary urges the housing to pivot around the drum and move the blade portion a second, shorter distance into a desired position relative grade.
ROLLER DEVICES AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USING SAME
Disclosed herein are roller devices and system for compressing a medium comprising: a) an attachment frame configured to connect to a powered machine, the attachment frame comprising at least one support arm having first and second opposed ends, the first end having a first pivot portion configured to receive a pivot member, and the second end being configured to connect to a portion of the powered machine; b) a roller assembly comprising: i) at least one rotatable roller component, and ii) at least one roller frame having first and second ends, the first end being rotatably connected to a first end of the roller component with a rotating means configured to allow rotation of the roller component, the second end being rotatably connected to a second end of the roller component using a rotating means configured to allow rotation of the roller component, and the roller frame having a second pivot portion being configured to connect to the first pivot portion; and c) a pivot member configured to connect the first and second pivot portions. Also disclosed herein are methods of using the disclosed roller devices and systems.

PIVOTING BEARING ASSEMBLY
A sleeve type bushing/bearing is assembled/pressed into a pivoting frame structure. This bearing runs on a spindle tube which is bolted rigidly to a support arm structure. The support arm structure supports the outside diameter of the spindle tube and well as clamping to the end face of the spindle tube. This support eliminates most of the shear load from being applied at the joint face to the bolt outside diameter. The larger outside diameter of the spindle tube can support more shear force through the joint allowing greater functional pressure to be applied through the joint without failure. The Joint can be easily assembled and disassembled in multiple configurations and for replacement of worn parts if needed and includes a sleeve type bearing which is maintenance free and requires no greasing or other lubrication.

Hardpan Apparatus
An apparatus for breaking up the hardpan subsoil layer of agricultural land has a wheeled frame adapted to connect to a tractor. A roller is rotatably mounted within the frame. A plurality of spike members are attached to the circumferential face of the roller and extend outwardly therefrom beneath the frame for penetrating engagement with the hardpan subsoil layer, to thereby break up the hardpan.
