The air inlet end of the suction channel is matched with the electric cutting assembly. An integration of hair cutting and suction is implemented.

When the hair collector is connected to the hair cutting appliance, the hair collector is configured such that the cutting element can contact skin of a user of the hair cutting appliance.

The hair collector comprises a first housing part (20); and a second housing part (30). The first housing part comprises a plurality of walls (40). The second housing part comprises a plurality of walls (50). When the hair collector is connected to the hair cutting appliance, the first housing part is adjacent to the hair cutting element and the second housing part is adjacent to the first housing part. When the hair collector is connected to the hair cutting appliance, a cut hair collection chamber is formed, the cut hair collection chamber comprising the plurality of walls of the first housing part, the plurality of walls of the second housing part, and the cutting element. When the hair collector is connected to the hair cutting appliance, the hair collector is configured such that the second housing part can pivot as the cutting element pivots.

The present invention relates to a hair collector (10) for a hair cutting appliance (100) having a pivoting cutting element (110). The hair collector comprises a first housing part (20); and a second housing part (30). The first housing part comprises a plurality of walls (40). The second housing part comprises a plurality of walls (50). When the hair collector is connected to the hair cutting appliance, the first housing part is adjacent to the hair cutting element and the second housing part is adjacent to the first housing part. When the hair collector is connected to the hair cutting appliance, a cut hair collection chamber is formed, the cut hair collection chamber comprising the plurality of walls of the first housing part, the plurality of walls of the second housing part, and the cutting element. When the hair collector is connected to the hair cutting appliance, the hair collector is configured such that the second housing part can pivot as the cutting element pivots.

In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a housing for a vacuum filter assembly. The housing may include a top piece with an upper portion defining a top wall of a cavity and a generally circular perimeter forming a side wall of the cavity. The perimeter of the top piece may be configured to receive a filter member. An input aperture may extend through the top piece and may be arranged for communication with the cavity. A spindle may extend into the cavity from the top wall of the cavity such that a material drawn into the cavity by a vacuum force moves in a spiral vortex through the cavity about the spindle.

The housing may include a top piece with an upper portion defining a top wall of a cavity and a generally circular perimeter forming a side wall of the cavity. The perimeter of the top piece may be configured to receive a filter member. An input aperture may extend through the top piece and may be arranged for communication with the cavity. A spindle may extend into the cavity from the top wall of the cavity such that a material drawn into the cavity by a vacuum force moves in a spiral vortex through the cavity about the spindle.

A surgical hair clipper assembly includes a clipper body and a blade assembly connected to the clipper body. The blade assembly includes a moveable blade configured to reciprocate to remove hair from a skin area and a blade housing that houses the moveable blade. The blade housing has a guide surface that faces the skin area during a hair removal process. A suction attachment includes a clipper attachment connected to the clipper body and a nozzle structure connected to the clipper attachment and extending distally to an end. The end is located no more than about ten millimeters proximal of a plane defined by the guide surface.
