RAZOR BLADES
A razor blade including a blade body, an expanded coating structure arranged on a surface of the blade body so as to cover the blade body at least partially, the expanded coating structure including one or more expanded polymer microspheres, at least one of the one or more expanded polymer microspheres including a gas encapsulated within a hollow thermoplastic polymer shell. A process for fabrication of same, including providing a blade body, depositing a liquid suspension, the liquid suspension including expandable polymer microspheres dispersed in a liquid uncured polymer precursor, each expandable polymer microsphere including a gas encapsulated within a hollow thermoplastic polymer shell, on a surface of the blade body to obtain a deposit, and expanding at least a portion of the expandable polymer microspheres in the deposit to obtain an expanded deposit including one or more expanded polymer microspheres arranged on the surface of the blade body, the liquid uncured polymer precursor being configured to remain uncured during expansion of the expandable polymer microspheres. A skincare device including such a razor blade. A process of fabricating same, including attaching such a razor blade to a cartridge.
Reconfigurable shaving razors
A shaving razor having a first handle to provide a first use configuration with the first handle operable to be secured to a second handle to provide a second use configuration of the shaving razor.
Shaving cartridge with enhanced rinsing
A razor that facilitates a user's removal of shaving lubricant, cut hairs, and other shaving-related debris, from around, and between, the razor's blade(s). A barrier at the upper portion of the razor's blade assembly funnels water to the blade channel in which the blades are affixed, and at least a portion of that water flows around and/or over the blade(s). The barrier directs through the razor's blades, a greater volume of water per unit time than can be achieved with an unmodified blade assembly.
SPACER FOR RAZOR BLADE FOR CREATING AND MAINTAINING A STUBBLE SHAVE APPEARANCE
A razor blade assembly having a handle; a head having a blade assembly of one or more blades connected to the handle; and a cap or spacer which is integral to or mounted to and positioned over the head to space the cutting edges of the blades from the skin of a user to create and maintain a stubble appearance beard in the range of 0.45 mm to 1.25 mm in thickness while using a manual low cost razor.
SPACER FOR RAZOR
A razor blade assembly has a handle, a head having a cutting blade assembly of one or more cutting blades connected to the handle; and a spacer which is mounted to or is formed as part of the head to space the cutting edges of the blades from the skin of a user to create and maintain a 5 o'clock shadow appearance beard in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm in thickness.
RAZOR COVER SYSTEM
A razor cover system includes a rear component, a front component, and a magnetic component. The front component is configured to couple with the rear component to form an inner volume of the razor cover system. At least a portion of the shaving razor is to be disposed in the inner volume of the razor cover system. The magnetic component is configured to couple to the rear component within the inner volume of the razor cover system. The magnetic component is configured to secure a portion of the handle to the rear component.
RAZOR CARTRIDGE AND RAZOR ASSEMBLY USING THE SAME
At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a razor assembly including at least one shaving blade having a cutting edge, a blade housing, and an aid supplying member. The blade housing is configured to accommodate at least one shaving blade such that a width direction of the blade housing is in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the cutting edge and includes an inlet portion, a discharge portion, and a communication portion configured to communicate the inlet portion to the discharge portion. The aid supplying member is configured to deliver a shaving aid to the inlet portion. The shaving aid that is delivered from the aid supplying member is introduced into the inlet portion, passes through the communication portion, and is discharged from the discharge portion.
Epilator
The present invention is concerned with an epilator for removing body hair. The epilator comprises a body having a head section, a plucking cylinder which is rotatable about a first rotation axis in the head section for plucking hairs and at least one shaving blade for shaving off hairs, which is mounted in the head section movable with respect to the plucking cylinder. The at least one shaving blade is movable between a retracted position in which the at least one shaving blade does not protrude from the head section and an extended position in which the at least one shaving blade protrudes from the head section.
Razor cartridge
According to an aspect of the inventive concept, a razor cartridge comprises: at least one of a main blade; a trimmer blade; a housing accommodating the main blade so as for cutting edges of the main blade to be exposed at the front of the housing and accommodating the trimmer blade so as for a cutting edge of the trimmer blade to be exposed at the rear of the housing; and a trimmer cover provided at the rear of the housing to be vertically slidable and to move back and forth between a first position and a second position.
