SKIN ADAPTER
A skin adapter is configured to attach to a head unit of a razor, the skin adapter comprising an outer member configured to attach to the head unit. The outer member having a leading portion, trailing portion, and an aperture arranged between the leading portion and the trailing portion. The leading portion and trailing portion are positioned on an outermost surface of the outer member. One or more of the ribbons are positioned within the aperture of the outer member, the ribbons extending between the leading portion and trailing portion of the outer member. A method of making a skin adapter and a razor including a skin adapter.
TRAVEL RAZOR
The present invention relates to a travel razor having a main body, a first opening protruding into the front side of the main body and a first connection assembly joined to the first opening. Next, a rotating arm having at least one blade, is optionally rotated into the first opening when not in use. The rotating arm further comprises a second connection assembly configured to join the first connection assembly. The rotation of the rotating arm is driven by a spring member joined to the first connection assembly and the main body. Control of the rotation is accomplished by at least one main body button, wherein at least one main body button controls the rotation of the rotating arm. At least one head button assists the user when needing to change, replace or clean at least one blade of the travel razor.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION ON RAZOR CARTRIDGE, HANDLE AND CHARGING BASE
A razor includes a blade cartridge with multiple blades removably and pivotally attaches to a handle. The blade cartridge and handle include microprocessors for wireless communication between the handle and blade cartridge, via near field communication or RFID. A charging base allows for charging a rechargeable power source in the handle and is further adapted to communicate with a smartphone, computer or other electronic device via wired and/or wireless communication. A mobile application on the smartphone is able to communicate with the charging base, while also providing for wired or wireless communication with remote servers/cloud infrastructure and/or the Internet.
RAZOR CARTRIDGE
A subassembly for a shaving razor cartridge with a base having a front wall with a top surface and a rear wall with a top surface. At least one blade is mounted to the base between the front wall and the rear wall. The at least one blade has a cutting edge positioned at least 0.5mm above a plane tangent to the top surface of the front wall and the top surface of the rear wall.
Shaving cartridge including a masking foil
A masking foil, for a shaving cartridge, and a shaving cartridge comprising a housing having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front edge, a rear edge, and a pair of side edges extending between the front edge and the rear edge. The housing includes a main blade disposed between the front edge and the rear edge. The main blade includes a main cutting edge extending toward the top surface and is movable in the housing. The shaving cartridge further comprises a masking foil. The masking foil includes a front portion located forward of the main cutting edge, a back portion located rearward the main cutting edge, and at least one ribbon which extends between the front portion and the back portion and which partially covers the main cutting edge.
Spacer for razor blade for creating and maintaining a stubble shave appearance
A razor blade assembly that is capable of creating a stubble-like appearance via a manual, low-cost razor. The assembly includes a spacer that maintains a gap or clearance between a blade edge and a surface to be shaved. This gap or clearance facilitates an effect of a shadow- or stubble-like appearance upon the surface.
Ultraviolet razor blade treatment
An ultraviolet razor blade treatment system for providing a cleaning treatment to a shaving razor is disclosed. The ultraviolet razor blade treatment system can include a shaving razor cleaning unit that has at least one ultraviolet radiation source and sensor to clean surfaces of the shaving razor for purposes of disinfection, sterilization, and/or sanitization.
