RAZOR
A harm reduction razor that minimizes the possibility of misuse, such as being used for self-harm or suicide, in the form of a tamper-resistant rigid metallic structure comprising a plurality of apertures having blades within the apertures. The dimensions and shape of the apertures in the metal body member are sufficient to allow protruding facial or bodily hairs to enter the aperture, but prevent the skin from entering the aperture so that the cutting blade does not injure the skin. In addition, the body member of the razor cannot readily be bent or distorted without specialist tools, so that the cutting blades cannot be exposed to inflict harm.

RAZOR CARTRIDGES
Replaceable shaving assemblies are disclosed that include a razor cartridge having a blade geometry that is designed to provide a close, comfortable shave. Shaving systems including such shaving assemblies are also disclosed, as are methods of using such shaving systems and methods of manufacturing these cartridges.
Razor Cartridge
A razor cartridge has an elongated housing with a guard having spaced-apart ribs; a cap at a respective front and rear region of the housing; and a partition extending between and integrally formed with opposed lateral side walls of the housing. A first razor blade is mounted in a first blade mounting region between the guard and the partition. A second razor blade adjacent the partition, and a third razor blade are mounted in a second blade mounting region between the partition and the cap. A first span between the cutting edge of the first razor blade and the cutting edge of the second razor blade is at least 3.0 mm up to 5.12 mm. Pivotal connecting structure of the housing defines a pivot axis in a region between the cutting edges of the first and second razor blades.
RAZOR BLADE WITH IMPROVED ASYMMETRIC PROFILE
A new blade for a shaver is disclosed with a profile where a single sided of the blade, rather than a dual sided blade, is ground to make a cutting surface. Such a single sided blade, or “chisel blade” has been found to have important advantages in scrubbing razors in particular, but in general for replaceable razor cartridges, whether used in scrubbing razor configuration or single cartridge applications.

RAZOR BLADES
A razor blade including a blade body, an expanded coating structure arranged on a surface of the blade body so as to cover the blade body at least partially, the expanded coating structure including one or more expanded polymer microspheres, at least one of the one or more expanded polymer microspheres including a gas encapsulated within a hollow thermoplastic polymer shell. A process for fabrication of same, including providing a blade body, depositing a liquid suspension, the liquid suspension including expandable polymer microspheres dispersed in a liquid uncured polymer precursor, each expandable polymer microsphere including a gas encapsulated within a hollow thermoplastic polymer shell, on a surface of the blade body to obtain a deposit, and expanding at least a portion of the expandable polymer microspheres in the deposit to obtain an expanded deposit including one or more expanded polymer microspheres arranged on the surface of the blade body, the liquid uncured polymer precursor being configured to remain uncured during expansion of the expandable polymer microspheres. A skincare device including such a razor blade. A process of fabricating same, including attaching such a razor blade to a cartridge.

RAZOR BLADE COATING
Razor blade for a hand-held razor, the razor blade comprising a stainless steel razor blade substrate terminating in substrate edge portion, wherein the substrate edge portion has a continuously tapering geometry with two substrate sides converging towards a substrate edge; and wherein at least the substrate edge is provided with a hard coating comprising the elements titanium, boron, and carbon.
