LR2
With the LR2 design, this safety razor now gives you a TWO blade stacked razor, as opposed to a single blade. With the LR2, you can shave from either the LEFT side or the RIGHT side of the razor and get a TWO-tiered stacked design. This will give the user the benefit of a multi-blade razor design, but now in a safety razor housing.

Shaving razor cartridge
A shaving razor cartridge with a housing having a guard and a cap. A pair of laterally spaced apart blade stabilizers are on the housing. A primary blade member is positioned between the guard and the cap. A blade retention member is mounted to a top surface of the housing. The primary blade member has a cutting edge constrained between the blade retention member and the pair of laterally spaced apart blade stabilizers.
Razor blade, razor head, and method of manufacture
An integrally formed rigid razor blade made of martensitic stainless steel includes a cutting edge portion, a base portion, and a bent portion. The cutting edge portion extends along a cutting edge portion axis and has a cutting edge at one end. The base portion extends along a base portion axis. The bent portion is intermediate the cutting edge portion and the base portion. The blade has a concave face and an opposed convex face. An average radius of curvature of the concave face of the bent portion is between 0.4 millimeters and 1 millimeter.
Shaving head
A shaving head includes a housing, at least one retainer extending from the housing, and at least one component retained within the housing by the retainer. The retainer includes a body. The body of the retainer is bent such that at least a portion of the components is covered by a portion of the retainer.
MULTI SECTIONAL SAFETY RAZOR
The multi-sectional safety razor invention bi-furcated the traditional one and a half (1.5) inch single blade into equal pieces ranging from at least 2 and up in number. These smaller square blades bear a hollowed out center hole which allows them to be fixed and looked into the razor head base. The razor base is made of plastic and there are plastic pegs protruding outwardly. The individual segmented razors look in place on the pegs. A clear cover is heat fused to the razor enclosing the segmented razors to the razor head base.
This multi-sectional security razor makes this razor a safe alternative to the existing disposable products as used by the prison systems, hospitals, facilities and the general public.
BLADE SUPPORT, CUTTING MEMBER COMPRISING SUCH A BLADE SUPPORT, RAZOR HEAD COMPRISING SUCH A CUTTING MEMBER AND MECHANICAL SHAVING RAZOR COMPRISING SUCH A RAZOR HEAD
A blade support for a shaving razor including an inner face, an outer face an elongated lower portion, an elongated upper portion, and an elongated intermediate bent portion between the lower and upper portions. The upper portion extends forward of the intermediate bent portion to a top side. The lower portion extends downward from the intermediate bent portion to a bottom side. The top side and/or the bottom side are substantially curved surfaces.
SHAVING CARTRIDGE WITH ENHANCED RINSABILITY
The present invention relates to razor cartridge with a multifunctional seat that is attachable to a handle, plurality of blades without the spacers and a multifunctional cap obviating the use of spacers in between blades. The Multifunctional seat provided with protrusions/selective seat and multifunctional cap with corresponding provisions to hold respective blade on the seat enables to dispose plurality of blades parallelly with respect to each other without the use of spacers and yet holding the blades rigidly in their predisposed positions during shaving and providing flushing channels for cleaning of the shaving debris during rinsing of the cartridge after shaving.
RAZOR BLADES HAVING A WIDE FACET ANGLE
A razor blade including a substrate with a coating joined to the substrate defining a coated blade. The coated blade including a cutting edge being defined by a blade tip having a tip radius of from 50 to 350 angstroms. The coated blade having a pair of first facets extending from the blade tip and a pair of second facets extending from the respective first facets, a facet angle from 90 to 135, a facet width from 0.38 micrometers to 0.65 micrometers a wedge angle from 5 to 30, and a thickness of between 0.8 and 1.5 micrometers measured at a distance of 1 micrometer from the blade tip.
