Food cutting tool
A food cutting tool. The food cutting tool has a body with an outer perimeter wall and an inner perimeter wall. The inner perimeter wall defines an open central area with a channel opening towards the open central area. The channel is sized to receive a plurality of wires which are utilized to cut through a piece of food. The plurality of wires is disposed diametrically across the open central area and each end of a wire is affixed in the channel of the inner perimeter wall. The plurality of wires is adjustably secured to the inner perimeter wall thereby enabling a user to selectively adjust the spacing between individual wires. In operation, the user places the food cutting tool over a piece of food and press down on the body, forcing the plurality of wires through the piece of food to divide the food into even portions.
METHOD FOR DISASSEMBLING A PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE AND ASSOCIATED INSTALLATION
A photovoltaic module includes a first protective element, a second protective element, photovoltaic cells that are located between the first protective element and the second protective element, an envelope in which the photovoltaic cells are encapsulated. The envelope links the first protective element to the second protective element and includes a first portion that is located between the photovoltaic cells and the first protective element, and a second portion that is located between the photovoltaic cells and the second protective element. The disassembly method includes separating the photovoltaic cells with respect to the first protective element and cutting the first portion of the envelope by an abrasive wire.
Transverse cutting system suitable for being used in a machine for the production of plastic film
A transverse cutting system for a machine for the production of plastic film includes a supporting structure carrying a cutting unit, which are moved between a rest position away from a path of a plastic film being wound and an operating position along the path of the plastic film; a rotating support carrying a hot wire; a rotating cap, associated to an idle roller and arranged transversally to the path of the plastic film that is moving forwards, and an actuator, which controls the rotation of the rotating support carrying the rotating cap and causes the rotating cap to interfere with the plastic film before the hot wire also interferes with said plastic film. The same plastic film, owing to the friction force generated by the rotating cap, entrains it with it, causing the rotating cap to equalize the linear velocity of the plastic film.
Method of forming topping sheet and apparatus thereof
A topping sheet forming method includes: a feeding and division step of feeding a textile original fabric, obtained by weaving longitudinally aligned tire cords into a cord fabric by use of weft yarns, and cutting off the weft yarns in predetermined widthwise positions to divide the textile original fabric into a plurality of narrow textile original fabrics; and a topping step of topping at least one surface of each of the narrow textile original fabrics with unvulcanized rubber.
Apparatuses and Methods For Cutting, Spreading, and/or Dispensing Food Product
A housing has a first end and a second end, an inner surface of the housing defining a channel that is configured to slidably receive therein a food product. A food product motivating mechanism is configured to engage a food product, the food product motivating mechanism being slidably receivable in the first end of the housing, the food product motivating mechanism and the housing being configured to cooperatively slidably urge a food product from the first end of the housing toward the second end of the housing. A rotating cutting mechanism is removably attachable to an outer surface of the second end of the housing, the rotating cutting mechanism being configured to rotate about the second end of the housing, the rotating cutting mechanism being further configured to cuttingly engage a food product.
Ingot cutting apparatus, and load detecting device used in ingot cutting apparatus
In an ingot cutting apparatus that cuts an ingot using a plurality of stretched wires, load sensors are provided on the new wire side and the old wire side of the ingot, and loads applied to the new wire side and the old wire side of the ingot are measured using the load sensors on the new wire side and the old wire side. When measuring the loads, for example, the center of moment about the X-axis that is the running direction of the wire is calculated. When the deviation from the center of gravity of the ingot is greater than or equal to a reference value, notification for replacement of the wire, control of the conveying speed of the wire, control of the pressing speed of the ingot, and so forth are performed through a control unit.
TOOL, PREFERABLY FOR FLASH-TRIMMING AND/OR CLEANING PLASTIC COMPONENTS
A tool for flash-trimming and/or cleaning a component, comprising a shaft and a processing element mounted on the shaft such that it can be removed, the processing element being designed as a flexible cord and being received on the shaft such that, in an operational state, it bulges radially outwards in at least some sections as the rotational speed of the shaft increases; the invention also relates to a processing system along with this tool
Solar panel cutting unit
A solar panel cutting unit includes a frame, a panel transporting mechanism at the frame to lower the solar panel in a vertical direction, first guide roller units below the panel transporting mechanism to guide and lower the solar panel, a first wire cutting mechanism including first support rollers and a first cutting wire connecting the first support rollers to each other and extending in the same direction as the adhesion lines such that the first wire cutting mechanism separates one of the thin layers from the solar panel, and a second wire cutting mechanism below the first wire cutting mechanism and including second support rollers and a second cutting wire connecting the second support rollers to each other and moving in parallel to the first cutting wire such that the second wire cutting mechanism separates another of the thin layers from the solar panel.
Method of forming topping sheet and apparatus thereof
A topping sheet forming method includes: feeding a textile original fabric, obtained by weaving longitudinally aligned tire cords into a cord fabric by use of weft yarns; cutting off the weft yarns at a predetermined widthwise position to divide the textile original fabric into a plurality of narrow textile original fabrics; and topping at least one surface of the narrow textile original fabric with unvulcanized rubber.
