MATERIAL REMOVAL APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD

Disclosed herein is an apparatus for removing material from a surface of a carrier. The apparatus comprises a buckling mechanism that comprises a gripper configured to engage the material. When engaged with the material, the gripper is movable relative to the surface of the carrier to move the material relative to the surface of the carrier and to form a buckle in the material. The apparatus also comprises a separation mechanism that is coupled to the buckling mechanism and comprises a wedge that is movable relative to the surface of the carrier to be insertable into the buckle formed in the material.

Sheet-cutting device, method for cutting sheet, and non-transitory computer readable recording medium

A sheet processing apparatus (1) includes a first processing section (1000), a second processing section (2000), and a third processing section (3000) arranged on a straight line, and conveys a sheet (4200) therebetween. The first processing section (1000) forms a plurality of first processing lines extending in a first direction (an X axial direction) on the sheet (4200), by moving a plurality of tools (1110-1260) to the first direction in relation to the sheet (4200). The second processing section (2000) forms a plurality of second processing lines to a second direction (a Y axial direction) orthogonal to the first direction on the sheet (4200), by moving a plurality of tools to the second direction in relation to the sheet (4200). The third processing section (3000) forms a third processing line (aslant line, curve line) on the sheet, by relatively moving the sheet (4200) and the tool (3110, 3120).

BAG CUTTING AND CLAMPING ASSEMBLY
20230406575 · 2023-12-21 ·

There is provided a bag cutting and clamping assembly. The assembly includes a reciprocating blade. The assembly includes a pair of jaw members pivotally coupled together at first ends thereof and selectively couple together at second ends thereof. One of the jaw members forms a channel via which the reciprocating blade extends for selectively cutting a portion of the bag. The jaw members include a clamping mechanism for selectively clamping the bag and which is axially spaced-apart from the channel.

There is also provided a bag cutting and clamping assembly according to another aspect. The assembly includes a bag cutter with a handle end portion reciprocatingly coupled to a first said jaw member, a tongue end portion slidably received within an elongate groove of a second said jaw member, and one or more blades between the handle end portion thereof and the tongue end portion thereof.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING UNIT CELLS

A device for forming an opening in a nipple of a baby bottle has a housing having a platform formed on a top surface thereof. a cutting unit is positioned on the platform. The cutting unit moves in an up and down manner forming the opening in the nipple. A holding device on the platform has a base and a cutout formed in a top surface of the base holding the nipple there within. The cutout is formed to hold the nipple so that an area of the nipple where the opening is formed is positioned in a bottom area of the cutout. A slot is formed in a bottom section of the cutout and extending through the base, the slot allowing the cutting unit to penetrate through the nipple and into the slot. The cutting unit contacts and stretches an interior wall of the nipple where the opening is to be formed reducing disfiguration where the opening is formed. When the cutting unit is withdrawn once the interior wall has been penetrated therethrough, the interior wall of the nipple where the opening is formed returning to an initial non-stretched state.
