ADJUSTABLE THICKNESS SHEETING DEVICE FOR A FOOD PROCESSING DEVICE
A food processing attachment for a food processing device includes a rotational adapter configured to be selectively coupled with a drive system of the food processing device. A food holder is coupled to the rotational adapter and having a base, wherein the food holder is selectively rotated by the rotational adapter. A central spear extends perpendicularly from a center of the base. A plurality of radial flanges extend perpendicularly from the base, wherein each radial flange of the plurality of flanges is discontinuous with the other radial flanges, wherein the central spear and the plurality of radial flanges are adapted to secure a food item in a processing space and in communication with the rotational adapter. A blade is coupled to an operable carriage and is adapted to selectively engage the food item within the processing space to remove at least a portion of the food item.

A FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS
A food processing apparatus for the cutting of foodstuff comprising a first cutter having a cross/sectional shape defining a first maximal external diameter and a first minimal internal diameter about a first central axis. A second cutter having a cross-sectional shape defining a second maximal external diameter and a second minimal internal diameter about a second central axis is also provided. The second maximal external diameter of the second cutter is greater than or equal to the first minimal internal diameter of the first cutter. In use, the foodstuff is cut by the second cutter before being cut by the first cutter, or alternatively the first cutter may make the first cut with the second cutter making a second subsequent cut.

COATING STRIPPING DEVICE AND COATING STRIPPING METHOD USING THE SAME
A coating stripping device includes a rotation driving tool and a coating stripping tool. A rotating disk of the rotation driving tool includes a first rotating disk having a projection, and a second retaining member of the coating stripping tool has a feather-shaped part. The coating stripping tool in the released state is attached to the second rotating disk and the first rotating disk rotates in a predetermined direction to bring the feather-shaped part into contact with the projection, thereby switching the coating stripping tool into the retained state, and when the coating stripping tool is in the retained state, the first rotating disk rotates in a direction opposite to the predetermined direction to bring the feather-shaped part into contact with the projection, thereby switching the coating stripping tool into the released state.

KITCHEN APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SPIRALIZING A FOODSTUFF
Provided is a kitchen apparatus (100) having a spiralizing mode for slicing a foodstuff into a strip or strips, and a further mode which is an alternative to the spiralizing mode. The kitchen apparatus comprises a hand held motorized drive system (102) and a foodstuff engagement tool (104). The foodstuff engagement tool engages with both the drive system and the foodstuff. The foodstuff is thus rotated by the drive system in the spiralizing 5 mode. The drive system is adapted to release the foodstuff engagement tool to enable adoption of the further mode. The kitchen apparatus comprises a cutter (106) adapted to slice the foodstuff into the strip(s) when the rotating foodstuff is advanced onto the cutter. The kitchen apparatus further includes a container (108) having an opening (110). The cutter is mounted on the container in the spiralizing mode such that the container receives the strip(s) via the 10 opening. Further provided is a method for spiralizing a foodstuff.
