SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A BAG FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES
The aim of the invention is to avoid the risk of contamination of a bag for medical purposes, in particular to significantly reduce the amount of residual particles of material during the cutting of a tube for access to the bag. The invention proposes a system (1) for producing a bag for medical purposes comprising a tube transfer station (2) having transfer means (3) for transferring a tube (11), which is being transported towards the tube transfer station (2), to a holder (10) and for separating there a tube section (17) transferred to the holder (10) from a remainder (18) of the tube (11), in order to then render the separated tube section (17) connectible to two film layers to form an access to the bag. The tube transfer station (2) comprises at least one air nozzle (55, 57), and an effective area (58) of the at least one air nozzle (55, 57) is directed onto a designated location (20) for separation such that a forced air flow (56) in the designated location (20) forced by air blown out and/or drawn in can be adjusted for separation.
Tube cutting device and method of using the same
A tube cutting device includes a tube holding member that holds a target tube from an inside of the target tube, allowing the target tube to be cut from an outside; and a cutter carrier member that includes a cutter eccentrically pivotable relative to the geometry axis of an elongate body of the cutter carrier member, such that when in a non-extended position, the cutter is positioned within a diameter of the elongate body, and when in an extended position, the cutter extends outwardly and cuts into a wall of the target tube.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CUTTING CLOSURES FOR CONTAINERS
A cutting method and apparatus for closures of the tethered type are disclosed, in which a spindle that carries a closure is moved to a cutting device with one or more horizontal blades and at least one vertical or oblique blade. During cutting, the spindle rotates and the closure rolls on the cutting device. The spindle, which is fed several times to the cutting device carrying each time a different closure, comprises a portion made of a softer material than the blades so that during cutting the blades penetrate the material of the closure and then sink into the softer portion of the spindle. Feeding the spindle that carries the closure to the cutting device is coordinated with rotation of the spindle so that the vertical or oblique blade, each time that the spindle is fed to the cutting device, always meets the same zone of the softer portion of the spindle.
PIPE CUTTER
A pipecutter includes a housing, a motor, a rotating assembly, and a first drive assembly. The rotating assembly includes a first bracket assembly, a second bracket assembly, and a locking assembly, where the locking assembly is configured to lock or unlock a pipe and the pipecutter. The first drive assembly is driven by the motor to drive the rotating assembly to rotate. The locking assembly includes a rocker arm; when the rocker arm is at a first position, the locking assembly is in an unlocking state; and when the rocker arm is at a second position, the locking assembly is in a locking state. The pipecutter further includes a second drive assembly, the second drive assembly includes a first pushing member which is able to push the rocker arm to move from the first position to the second position.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MAKING A T-BRANCH FOR PIPES
The invention relates to a method and device for making a T-branch for a pipe by joining the shaped end of the branch pipe with internal welding to the ed-ges of a hole in the main pipe. The hole in the main pipe (T) and the arcs corresponding to the main pipe at the end of the branch pipe (P) are mechanically cut by removing one solid part from the hole and two (22) solid parts from the end of the branch pipe in a dry mechanical process, in which the cleanliness of the joint areas remains weldable. The shaped end of the branch pipe (P) is placed around the hole in the main pipe (T) and the joint seam between the pipes is welded by internal welding without a welding additive. A branch hole suitable for this is made by punching perpendicularly against the central axis of the main piped so that punch (1) pushes the piece that detaches from the main pipe into the punch hole (10) of the inner support (9).
SELF-ROLLING TUBE IRONING CUTTING DEVICE
A self-rolling tube ironing cutting device includes a main frame, a positioning member disposed on the main frame and extending along a first direction to pass through a self-rolling tube such that the tube is wound around the member with portions on opposite first and second surfaces. The positioning member comprises first and second positioning sections spaced apart along the first direction. An ironing cutting module is configured to cut the self-rolling tube at a location between the first and second positioning sections.
