Blade assembly for cutting food
A blade assembly includes a blade support frame, and a plurality of V-shaped blades removably fastened to the blade support frame. The blade support frame has a food flow path extending downstream, and a plurality of blade mounts distributed around the food flow path. Each V-shaped blade has a first end portion connected to one of the blade mounts, a second end portion connected to another of the blade mounts, and an intermediate portion extending from the first end portion to the second end portion into the food flow path. At the first and second end portions of each V-shaped blade, a respective one of the blade mounts overlies both the upstream edge and the downstream edge of the V-shaped blade to inhibit the V-shaped blade from rotating when impacted by food.

MANUAL FOOD PROCESSOR WITH REMOVABLE CARTRIDGES
The manual food processor includes a first shelf configured to receive a blade cartridge. The first shelf includes a first slider configured to selectively retain the blade cartridge at the first shelf. The manual food processor also includes a pair of guide rails extending from the first shelf and a second shelf slidable along the pair of guide rails. The second shelf is configured to receive a pusher block cartridge and includes a second slider configured to selectively retain the pusher block cartridge at the second shelf. The manual food processor also includes a handle mechanism operable to cause the second shelf to slide along the guide rails between an open position and a closed position. The first shelf is spaced apart from the second shelf in the open position, and the pusher block cartridge interfaces with the blade cartridge in the closed position.
Food cutting device
A food cutting device includes a housing and a cutting mechanism, wherein a feeding port is arranged at one side of the housing, and a discharging port is arranged at the other side of the housing; the cutting mechanism includes a cutting portion and a push-pull portion for controlling reciprocating movement of the cutting portion; the cutting portion includes a sliding component, a first cutter and a plurality of second cutters; the sliding component is slidably connected with the housing; both the first cutter and the second cutters are located on the side of the sliding component close to the feeding port, and are detachably connected with the sliding component; and the first cutter is parallel to a sliding direction of the sliding component, and is not parallel to the second cutters. The food cutting device can meet various cutting requirements of people and is efficient.
Automatic machine for strawberry de-calyx and cutting in pieces
This invention refers to an automatic machine for strawberry processing to de-calyx and remove the leaves and cut in pieces; it is used in the agro-alimentary industry, in processing industry and in canning industry; and it could be suitable also for processing of other products similar to strawberry. The machine is composed of a conveyor belt (1) at closed loop design, where one or more operators feed manually in vertical with the leaves and the calyx up in the holes (5) of each fruit-holder element (3) of the conveyor belt which moves continuously to bring the fruits, so placed, to the processing station composed of a frame where a header plate (14) reciprocates in horizontal and vertical, controlled and adjusted by sensors which lead the three processing operations done by the machine: strawberries alignment, de-calyxing and fruit ejection. In particular, the de-calyxing takes place through two cutting units (30) side by side composed of six rotating spindles (31) each one equipped with a rotating cutting head composed of two blades (32), optimized in their conformation and size, and wherein the opened tips penetrate to a adjusted depth, on the strawberry, around the calyx, and then close, during the penetration and the cutting, so to eliminate precisely the calyx with a minimum of straw berry fruit.
