FOOD PROCESSING DEVICE
A food processing device, comprising a bowl with a lid, the lid is provided with a food feed tube. The device also has a spiral cutting means provided at the top of the bowl such that as food enters the bowl via the food feed tube it is cut into continuous ribbons or strips. The spiral cutting means comprises a spiral cutter disc base having a disc-set with a plurality of different types of spiral cutting discs, each of which can be separately aligned with the food feed tube to cut the food into a different shaped continuous ribbon or strip. By rotating the spiral cutter disc base the user can line up a first cutting disc with the food feed tube, make some food cuts, then turn the spiral cutter disc base so that a second cutter disk is lined up with the feed tube and then make a different food cut. In this way the user can cut food into different sizes of ribbon, spaghetti, etc. to achieve a superior presentation of food (e.g. fruits and vegetables). The various cuts made possible with the device can also allow the user to be more creative in their food preparation and cooking.
Mandoline-type food slicer
A food slicer includes a frame for supporting a landing and a runway, which is movable relative to the landing. A cutting blade is secured on an upstream end of the landing. A separate cutting knife is moveably connected to the frame. An adjustment mechanism is connected to the frame to adjust an offset between the cutting blade and the runway. The adjustment mechanism includes first and second guide tracks provided on respective first and second movable cam plates, and a gear mechanism for moving the first and second cam plates along a length direction of the food slicer.
Slicer
A slicer that can slice a material to be sliced with a uniform thickness and can also be used sanitarily. A slicer 1 which includes a slice width adjusting mechanism 100 that is provided with a slice width adjusting dial 60 having a cylindrical shape that has a screw portion 62 formed on an outer peripheral surface and is capable of supporting the rear surface 40c of a movable supporting plate 40, a screw receiving hole 13 that is integrally formed with a frame 10 and capable of being engaged with the screw portion 62, and a first rib 45 that is formed on the rear surface 40c of the movable supporting plate 40 so as to stand thereon and capable of being fitted into the slice width adjusting dial 60.
Mandoline slicer
A mandoline slicer includes a slicing blade and an adjustable slicing ramp. A series of julienne blades is selectively movable between a stowed and a deployed position above the ramp. At a distal end of the ramp, a blade support is positionable to select either of a plurality of slicing blades.
SPIRAL SLICER
A spiral slicer for producing spiral-cut fruits and vegetables, includes a main body supporting a shaft operated by a crank handle. Rotation of the crank handle selectively moves a pusher, which attaches to a fruit or vegetable toward a set of julienne blades and a main slicing blade. The fruit or vegetable is cut by the julienne blades and then by the main blade, with the sliced portion passing through a gap positioned between the julienne blades and the main blade.

Bagel dough removal tongs and method of use
Bagel dough removal tongs for removing bagel dough from a substantially half-toroid-shaped bagel half, the tongs comprising: a first tong member having a first leg terminating distally in a first end; a second tong member having a second leg terminating distally in a second end, the first and second legs being joined at a proximal hinge opposite the distal first and second ends, the hinge being configured to bias the first and second legs outwardly in an at rest configuration of the tongs wherein the first and second ends are spaced apart and to selectively allow flexing of the first and second legs inwardly in an operative configuration of the tongs wherein the first and second ends are shifted closer together.
DEVICE FOR CUTTING FOODSTUFFS
The invention relates to a foodstuff-cutting device called a mandoline of the type comprising a moving blade support defining a cutting plane and moving in a reciprocating translational movement in relation to the foodstuff in accordance with an inverted configuration and having a sleeve associated with a plunger allowing foodstuffs to be inserted and kept in the pathway of the moving blade support remarkable in that it comprises a receptacle with a lid preformed with a passageway which, arranged transversely in relation to the travel of the moving blade support, receives a sleeve associated with the plunger thereby allowing food stuffs to be inserted and kept in the pathway of the moving blade support.
Mandolin slicer kit assembly
The present invention discloses a mandolin slicer kit assembly comprising: a main body having two opposite side panels; a cutting blade mounted on the main body; a slicing plate carrier mounted between the two side panels of the main body; a plurality of slicing plates of different types, each of the slicing plates having a plurality of slicing teeth mounted on a top surface thereof and at least one recess formed on a bottom surface thereof; and an adapter plate having a leading portion, wherein said leading portion has at least one elastic rib for detachable engagement with the at least one recess of the slicing plate to form a slicing plate assembly, and said slicing plate assembly detachably is mounted on the slicing plate carrier. The mandolin slicer further comprises a slicing plate holder separate from all of the main body, the cutting blade, the slicing plate carrier, and the adapter plate.
SPIRAL SLICER
A cone-type spiral slicer includes a blade along the sidewall for cutting a vegetable into thin strips. The housing is formed in a first portion and a second portion that are separable from one another. A retractable set of julienne blades allows the user to selectively use the slicer for cutting either wide strips or narrow julienne strips.
