DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY REMOVING A FILM WRAPPING FROM PALLETIZED STACKS OF PRODUCTS
A cutting head for cutting a film wrapping from palletized stacks of products, having a cutting element for cutting through the film, where the cutting element is disposed between at least two opposing contact elements and is set back with respect to the film contact plane formed by the opposing contact elements in order to form a cutting recess, and having a vacuum unit to suck the region of the film wrapping to be cut locally into the cutting recess for interaction with the cutting element. A device having a corresponding cutting head further includes a pallet place for the arrangement of the pallet correspondingly wrapped with film, where the cutting head is disposed on a support arm that is configured to travel such that the cutting head remains in contact with the film via the two opposing contact elements during cutting.
DEVICE FOR CUTTING MEDICINE TABLET
A device for cutting a medicine tablet includes a base extending along an axis, a cutting device having a fixed cutter and a movable cutter base, and a carrying plate movably disposed inside the base and having a carrying face for a medicine tablet. The fixed cutter is fixedly disposed inside the base, the movable cutter base is optionally positionably moves between protruding and retreating positions axially, the movable cutter base has a movable cutter, when the movable cutter is in the protruding position, a blade of the movable cutter is near a blade of the fixed cutter, and when the movable cutter base is in the retreating position, the blade of the movable cutter is remote from the blade of the fixed cutter. The carrying face faces the blade of the fixed cutter and is able to approach the blade of the fixed cutter.
FOOD PROCESSING SYSTEM AND INTERCHANGEABLE ACTUATED ACCESSORIES
A food processing system includes a base and an actuator that is releasably mounted to the base. The actuator may have an unactuated position and an actuated position. Numerous accessories each may be individually and interchangeably mountable to and releasable from at least one of the base and the actuator. Each attachment may perform a food processing function when the actuator is moved from the unactuated position to the actuated position.
System, method and apparatus for cutting foods
A food cutter has a base and at least two transverse panels extending from the base and sized to complement a pan. The panels may form a grid with an upper end located in the base. The grid has a lower end with cutting edges adapted to cut food. The upper end may be concave and the lower end is flat. The base is formed from a smooth rigid material and may be covered in a soft pliable material. The grid may be coated with a food safe, non-stick material.
PILL CUTTERS AND METHODS OF USE
Pill cutters and methods of cutting pills. The pill cutters may optionally include a spinnable blade and may be configured to cause the blade to spin to cut a pill. The pill cutters may be adapted to adjust the position of the pill before cutting the pill.
CUTTING DEVICE INCLUDING CUTTER LEVER FOR MOVING CUTTER BLADE, AND CUTTER CRADLE LEVER FOR MOVING BOTH CUTTER BLADE AND CUTTER CRADLE
A cutting device includes: a cutter blade configured to perform one of a half-cutting operation and a full-cutting operation with respect to a cut target; a cutter holder holding the cutter blade; a cutter cradle movable between a half-cutting position and a full-cutting position; and a cutter lever and a cutter cradle lever those operated by a user. When only the cutter lever is operated by the user, the cutter blade is moved so that the cutter blade and the cutter cradle at the half-cutting position perform the half-cutting operation with respect to the cut target. When both the cutter lever and the cutter cradle lever are operated by the user, the cutter cradle is moved to the full-cutting position and the cutter blade is moved so that the cutter blade and the cutter cradle at the full-cutting position perform the full-cutting operation with respect to the cut target.
Dual-Dexterous, Stem-Clipping and Harvesting Tool
This invention is a mechanical harvesting device which uses a novel approach to cut stems on agricultural products such as apples. The device is comprised of a system including levers and a unique cutting blade profile which allows for directional transfer of force from the wrists and forearms to effectuate cutting. The device is designed so that the cutting of stems on agricultural products can be performed separately and autonomously by both arms, thus offering improvements in efficiency and safety over other harvesting practices where the cutting is performed using both hands together. Current improvements include revisions to the product interface and safety guide as well as new versions of the device, employing many of the same design elements but having as the main difference a powered motor to actuate the cutting sequence in place of levers. Future improvements include options for data generation using electronic signal processing to tabulate periodic count totals on harvested product. Such data would help growers and marketers gather valuable information about crop sizing and labor efficiency.
Lever-translated cutting device
A cutting device, including a frame, a cutting blade, which is fastened to the frame for pivoting about a first pivot axis, and a reduction transmission, which converts each forward pivoting movement of a plurality of successively performed forward pivoting movements and backward pivoting movements of a drive arm into a cutting pivoting movement of the cutting blade. A cutting-blade back-pivoting apparatus is provided, by which the cutting blade can be pivoted back from a pivoting end position to an initial position. The back-pivoting apparatus has, in particular, a tension element, which acts on the cutting blade in such a way that a clearance is formed.

Cutting plotter
A cutting plotter includes a cutting plotter shell, a placement plate disposed outside the cutting plotter shell, an upper transmission assembly and a lower transmission assembly disposed at two ends of the cutting plotter shell, and a belt assembly disposed in the cutting plotter. The lower transmission assembly and the upper transmission assembly correspond to each other to assist paper in entering the cutting plotter. A slide rod is disposed in the cutting plotter shell and located at the top of the upper transmission assembly, and a cutting tool assembly is disposed on the slide rod. The belt assembly includes a driving motor. A belt body is steered through a steering belt wheel of the belt assembly, and the distance between parallel parts of the belt body is decreased through two small-radius tensioning belt wheels, such that the chain installation space is reduced and the cutting plotter is compact.
