LABOR-SAVING VEGETABLE CUTTER AND LABOR-SAVING VEGETABLE CHOPPER
A labor-saving vegetable cutter and a labor-saving vegetable chopper are related to the technical field of kitchen utensils. The labor-saving vegetable cutter includes a pressing block and a cutting knife assembly. The cutting knife assembly includes a plurality of cutting knife members stacked together. The cutting knife member includes blade groups, and the blade groups on the plurality of cutting knife member are arranged in an offset manner. When the pressing block presses fruits and vegetables to be cut towards the cutting knife assembly, the fruits and vegetables are sequentially cut by the blade groups on the plurality of cutting knife members. The blade groups of the plurality of cutting knife members are interlaced with each other to cut the fruits and vegetables into strip shapes with a parallelogram cross-section.
CUTTING AND CHOPPING TOOL FOR THE KITCHEN
An apparatus for cutting and chopping vegetables, such as lettuce. The apparatus includes a body having a frame and legs. A grid blade unit is removably mounted to the frame and includes blades arranged in a grid for cutting the vegetables. A lid covers the grid blade unit and the frame, wherein the lid is pivotally mounted to the frame. The bottom surface of the lid has a grid of blocks that are arranged to correspond to the grid blade unit. The blocks are inserted into the respective cells of the grid blade unit when the lid is pressed over the frame. The movement of a block relative to the upper sharp edges of the blade while the block being inserted into the respective cell causes the slicing of a vegetable placed over the grid blade unit. The pieces of vegetables are collected in a pan.
Food Slicing Device
A food slicing device is disclosed for slicing meat and other foods in a thin, uniform manner. The food slicing device comprises a body component that is configured in a box-like enclosure for housing multiple circular blades within its interior. Further, the body component comprises a tapered opening on one side, which allows meat to be fed into the device and pushed flat against the circular blades. A feeder mechanism, which is a rolling tread, is used to move the meat through the circular blades. The device includes a power button, which rotates the circular blades, moves the feeder mechanism, and closes the tapered opening of the body component to protect a user. Users can insert meat into the tapered end and activate the device via the power button. The feeder mechanism is then activated and the meat is sent through the circular blades, and is sliced thinly.

A punch includes: a punch body including an inner space and an air inlet; a push pin including an air flow path to flow through air introduced from the air inlet to the outside; and an elastic member between the punch body and the push pin, and to provide an elastic restoring force. Profile scanner and feed assembly for a high-speed food slicing apparatus
A food slicing includes a forward conveyor assembly located proximal to the blade assembly and a rearward conveyor assembly configured to transport the food product to the forward conveyor assembly. The rearward conveyor assembly is located immediately upstream from the forward conveyor assembly and gap is formed laterally between the forward conveyor assembly and the rearward conveyor assembly, in the longitudinal direction. An upper scanner unit proximal the gap scans an upper surface of the food product while a lower scanner unit located below the forward and rearward conveyor assemblies scans a lower surface of the food product as the food product passes across the gap, to obtain contour information of the lower surface of the food product.

Blade assembly and counterweight mechanism for a high-speed food slicing apparatus, and methods associated with the same
A food slicing system includes a hub fixedly secured to a drive shaft and configured to rotate with the drive shaft. The hub has a central pilot projection coaxial with the drive shaft, and flat, blade contacting surface surrounding the pilot projection. A counterweight is eccentrically mounted to the hub and rotatable between a first position and an second position relative to the hub. Wherein when the counterweight is in a first position, the counterweight is in axial alignment with pilot projection, and permits the blade to be attached to or removed from the hub via movement of the blade in the axial direction. When the counterweight is in the second position, the counterweight is eccentric to the pilot projection and is offset from the axis of rotation, to provide a predetermined amount of weight offset from the axis of rotation to counterbalance the weight of the blade.
Apparatus for processing sheets
A apparatus for processing sheets includes: a conveyance unit conveying a sheet; a processing unit provided with processing members processing the sheet along a conveyance direction, and a moving unit moving the processing members in a width direction; and a controller. When a processing position in the width direction to be processed by the processing members is different between a sheet conveyed ahead by the conveyance unit and a subsequent sheet, the controller processes the subsequent sheet by using a processing member having a minimum movement distance from the processing position of the sheet conveyed ahead among the processing members.
FOOD PRODUCT SLICER INTERLOCK FOR TRAY SYSTEM
A food product slicer includes a base, a knife mounted for rotation, and a carriage assembly mounted to the base for movement back and forth past a cutting edge of the knife, with a tray is removably connected to a tray mount of a tray arm. A movable gauge plate is provided for varying slice thickness, and a gauge plate indexing assembly is provided for moving the gauge plate between a closed position and multiple open positions. An interlock assembly is provided between the tray mount and the gauge plate indexing assembly, wherein the interlock assembly comprises a tension only cable system that is configured to (i) prevent removal of the tray from the tray mount unless the gauge plate is in the closed position and (ii) prevent movement of the gauge plate out of the closed position when the tray is removed from the tray mount.
