A punching apparatus, including: a punching portion configured to punch a sheet; and a chad box configured to store a chad of a sheet punched by the punching portion, wherein the chad box includes: a first inner wall portion formed of an insulator; and a second inner wall portion formed of a conductor and arranged above the first inner wall portion.

By the movable suction box, the dust, small parts and debris under the processing gun can be directly sucked and collected. The present invention relates to a machine for cutting decorations for frustoconical bodies, for cutting printed strips wherein arch-shaped decorations and disposable trapezoidal portions are alternated. The machine comprises two longitudinal supports mounted on clamping pieces and carriers of respective groups of counter blades; and two independent groups of blades attached to the respective groups of counter blades and defining a gap between them of increasing width towards a lower gravity outlet opening of the trapezoidal portions separated by cutting. The blades of each group are fixed to respective drive shafts mounted in holes in the longitudinal supports and fixed to a common plate driven by a cylinder. The clamping parts of the longitudinal supports and the common plate are exchangeable for others that provide different inclinations and separations of the groups of blades and counter blades.

A post-processing apparatus includes: a cutter that cuts a transported sheet; a waste bin that stores a cutting waste generated by a cutting operation of the cutter and falling from the cutter; a sensor that detects the cutting waste at a predetermined position in a depth direction in the waste bin; and a hardware processor that controls the cutting operation of the cutter according to a cutting mode, sets a predetermined value according to the cutting mode when the sensor detects the cutting waste, counts the number of times of cutting by the cutter after the sensor starts to detect the cutting waste, and detects that the waste bin is full when the counted number of times of cutting reaches the predetermined value.

Systems and methods are provided for inspecting a structure. One embodiment is a method for inspecting a structure. The method includes advancing a structure along a track in a process direction, aligning a Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) station at the track with an edge of the structure that was trimmed upstream of the cleaning station, imaging the edge via the Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) station, characterizing the edge based on the imaging, and advancing the structure further in the process direction via the track.

The tofu dough cutting device includes a cutting section. A method for collecting, from a cut panel for obtaining predetermined articles, the articles and scraps generated by the cutting of the panel comprising following steps: making available a cut panel (P) in which predetermined articles (A) and scraps (S) are defined; having available an electronic processor; having available at least a cutting file in which the dimensions, positioning and orientation of the articles (A) and scraps (S) are defined; memorising the cutting file in the electronic processor; positioning the cut panel (P) on a support of a first station; removing, in accordance with the indications of the cutting file, at least one scrap (S) at a time from the cut panel (P) by separating the adjacent cut articles and/or scraps, without altering the orientation and mutual positioning of both thereof, with a subsequent transfer of the at least a scrap (S) into a scrap collecting station.
