Providing a cutting area with web-like interleaver material
The invention relates to a method for a multitrack provision of web-like interleaved sheet material at a cutting region in which products supplied on multiple tracks are cut into slices and interleaved sheets are introduced which are cut off from the provided interleaved sheet material in the cutting region and for which a normal length is predefined which is dependent on the respective application, in which material webs are removed from at least two material stores which are each associated with one or more tracks; and in which the material consumption of at least one material store is impacted during operation, in particular in dependence on residual quantities in the material stores, in that the length of the interleaved sheets is varied in the respective track or tracks with respect to the normal length at least for this material store.
Food processor
A food processor includes a base including a first end and a second end, a fixing member, a spindle assembly, a bearing assembly, a switching member mounted on the fixing member, and a cutter. The first end is provided with a tool rest for fixing the cutter to cut food. The fixing member is mounted on the first end. The spindle assembly includes a spindle rotatably mounted on the fixing member and a fluted disc fixed to the spindle for fixing the food. The bearing assembly includes a bearing block mounted on the fixing member and a bearing mounted on the bearing block. When the switching member is in an open position, friction is generated between the bearing and the spindle. When the switching member is in a closed position, the switching member can drive the bearing away from the spindle so that the spindle can freely move.
LINE CATCHER TYPE WATERJET CUTTING APPARATUS WITH MULTIPLE DRIVING UNITS
Disclosed is a line catcher-type waterjet cutting apparatus in which a workpiece is subjected to the waterjet processing in a state of being clamped by a workpiece edge clamping device and a separate driving unit for the workpiece edge clamping device is provided, and in which the workpiece is clamped by the workpiece edge clamping device during the waterjet processing, while the workpiece is easily decoupled from the workpiece edge clamping device after the waterjet processing is completed, so that the waterjet processing is carried out while reciprocally conveying the workpiece in an X-direction, thereby increasing the processing accuracy of the waterjet processing and easily automating the waterjet processing.
AUTOMATED FOOD-CUTTING MACHINE
An automated food cutting machine is disclosed, having a cutting element defining a cutting point; a rotary shaft; a body joined to the rotary shaft; at least one housing joined to the body radially spaced with respect to the rotary shaft; a cavity in each of the housings for housing the products, the cavity defined with an end opening for passage of the foods and a longitudinal opening for depositing and removing the foods; an element for moving through the cavity and dragging the foods towards the end opening; device for arranging the foods in the housing; a control unit for actuating the device with the element at the starting point and moving the element between the starting and end points.
FOOD PROCESSOR
A food processor includes a base including a first end and a second end, a fixing member, a spindle assembly, a bearing assembly, a switching member mounted on the fixing member, and a cutter. Slicer feed unit
Slicers for cutting food such as sausage, cheese or meat, for example, into slices. Such slicers, and processes related thereto, may simultaneously slice at least two stick-shaped pieces of food by a cutting blade. The feeding of the food that is sliced may be further improved thereby. An exemplary feed unit (9) for feeding food (10) to a cutting blade (7) includes at least one gripper carriage (20) including a gripper receiving beam (22) and at least one movable gripper (21). This gripper (21) may be operated by a stationary drive, and the mechanical work for seizing can be transferred to the grippers (21) via guides or further drive structure.
Feeding apparatus
The invention relates to a feeding apparatus for feeding food products to a slicing unit, having a product support comprising at least one track for the reception of a plurality of products arranged one after another; and at least one product mount which comprises a holder for holding a rear end of a product viewed in a feed direction.

An apparatus and method for cutting frozen confection including a frame defining a product void for receiving a product at least partly coated, a set of side knives, at least two knives mounted on the frame opposite of the product void, wherein the knives are rotatable arranged on the frame such that they can be rotated into a product coating cutting position for cutting the coating on the side of the product and out of such a position to a non-engaging position to allow the product to be moved passed the knives, and an end knife for cutting the coating on the end of the frozen confection.
