Apparatuses and methods for cutting, spreading, and/or dispensing food product
A housing has a first end and a second end, an inner surface of the housing defining a channel that is configured to slidably receive therein a food product. A food product motivating mechanism is configured to engage a food product, the food product motivating mechanism being slidably receivable in the first end of the housing, the food product motivating mechanism and the housing being configured to cooperatively slidably urge a food product from the first end of the housing toward the second end of the housing. A rotating cutting mechanism is removably attachable to an outer surface of the second end of the housing, the rotating cutting mechanism being configured to rotate about the second end of the housing, the rotating cutting mechanism being further configured to cuttingly engage a food product.
Spear center filler apparatus
Exemplary embodiments are directed to an apparatus for filling a central open space in a jar. The apparatus includes a base, an indexing station including a magazine, a blade, and a first actuator, a filling station including cartridges, and a second actuator. The magazine is rotatably mounted to the base. The platform of the cutting station is configured to receive a whole cucumber at a loading area and is incrementally indexed to reposition the whole cucumber from the loading area to a cutting area above the blade. The first actuator is configured to urge the whole cucumber through the blade and cut the whole cucumber into spears. The spears drop into and are held by one of the cartridges. The second actuator is configure to push at least one of the spears out from the cartridge into the central open space of the jar.
Fry cutter and cuber
A cutting device for cutting an edible product into several pieces, the cutting device including a base frame, a main receiving area, a main pushing assembly, and a main cutting assembly, for receiving and cutting the edible product into a series of main cuts, via an array of holes, provided by a main cutting interface. The cutting device further includes a preliminary cutting assembly removably mountable about the base frame for first receiving and cutting the edible product into a series of preliminary cuts, via an array of holes provided by a preliminary cutting interface, prior to insertion of the edible product into the main receiving area, wherein the edible product is ultimately cut into a series of pieces resulting from the passage through at least one, and/or both, of the main and preliminary cutting interfaces of the cutting device.
APPARATUS FOR PREPARING FOOD
An apparatus for preparing food is provided, and includes a food chamber sized to receive at least one food item, a cutting structure configured to cut the at least one food item when pressed into contact therewith, an impeller for impelling the at least one food item into contact with the cutting structure, a liquid chamber for storing a liquid, a heating system for heating the liquid, and a liquid introduction system in communication with the liquid chamber, the liquid introduction system being operable to introduce at least one of a liquid mist and a liquid spray in the food chamber.
METHOD FOR CUTTING BALE RUBBER AND BALE RUBBER CUTTING DEVICE
A method for cutting a bale rubber of an embodiment includes the steps of feeding the bale rubber to a cutting position and cutting out a bale rubber piece from the bale rubber which reaches the cutting position with a cutter and further includes the steps of measuring a weight of the cut-out bale rubber piece and determining a feed amount of the bale rubber in a subsequent step of feeding the bale rubber to the cutting position based on a difference between the measured weight of the bale rubber piece and a target weight of the bale rubber piece.
Bread slicer
A bread slicer includes an infeed side and a hollow infeed assembly positioned in the infeed side, the infeed assembly having an open end and a closed end defining a chamber for receiving bread to be sliced. The bread slicer further includes a pusher for pushing the bread to be sliced along the infeed assembly, and a linkage connected to the pusher, the linkage adapted to move the infeed assembly from a bread receiving position to a predetermined position of a bread path, the linkage adapted to then move the pusher and the bread to be sliced along the bread path from the predetermined position to a delivery area. The bread slicer further includes slicing blades having sharp edges to slice bread moving along the bread path.
Apparatus for preparing food
An apparatus for preparing food is provided, and includes a food-receiving chamber sized to receive at least one food item, a cutting structure configured to cut the at least one food item when pressed into contact therewith, an impeller for impelling the at least one food item into contact with the cutting structure, an oil chamber for storing oil, a heating system for heating the oil, and an oil introduction system in communication with the oil chamber, the oil introduction system being operable to introduce at least one of an oil mist and an oil spray in the frying chamber.

PROCESS FOR PRESSING AND, IF NECESSARY, SLICING A LOAF AND SLICING MACHINE SUITABLE THEREFOR
In order to damage structure of a loaf as little as possible when pressing it, a change in length of the loaf that occurs during pressing should be limited to a specified target change in length. For this purpose, a crossposition of a crosspress stamp to be set for pressing may automatically be determined and set from basic data of the loaf determined before pressing, in particular its length and volume or weight.
