Produce pusher
A produce pusher for use in a produce slicer includes a T-bracket. The T-bracket includes a base plate and a projection. A first fin and a second fin of a plurality of fins extend parallel to and in contact with the projection. A third fin of the plurality of fins extends parallel to the first fin on a side of the first fin opposite the projection. A fourth fin of the plurality of fins extends parallel to the second fin on a side of the second fin opposite the projection. A first spacer of the plurality of spacers is positioned between the first and third fins and a second spacer of the plurality of spacers is positioned between the second and fourth fins. A fastener extends through and simultaneously applies a compressive force to the plurality of fins, plurality of spacers and the projection.
YAM TWO-END REMOVING DEVICE
A yam two-end removing device includes: a conveying mechanism; a storage box arranged adjacent to and in coordination with the conveying mechanism; an accommodating portion arranged adjacent to and in coordination with the storage box; a first push-rod motor and a push plate connected to and coordinated with each other; a second push-rod motor and a vertical cutter connected to and coordinated with each other, arranged on one side of the push plate toward the accommodating portion; a third push-rod motor and a baffle connected to and coordinated with each other; a fourth push-rod motor and a horizontal cutter connected to and coordinated with each other; and a controller connected to the conveying mechanism, the first push-rod motor, the second push-rod motor, the third push-rod motor, and the fourth push-rod motor respectively. The advantages of the invention: both ends of yams with different lengths can be removed automatically and efficiently.
AUTOMATED FOOD-CUTTING MACHINE
An automated food cutting machine is disclosed, having a cutting element defining a cutting point; a rotary shaft; a body joined to the rotary shaft; at least one housing joined to the body radially spaced with respect to the rotary shaft; a cavity in each of the housings for housing the products, the cavity defined with an end opening for passage of the foods and a longitudinal opening for depositing and removing the foods; an element for moving through the cavity and dragging the foods towards the end opening; device for arranging the foods in the housing; a control unit for actuating the device with the element at the starting point and moving the element between the starting and end points.
PACKAGING MACHINE HAVING CUTTING STATION
A packaging machine having a plurality of working stations for processing a film, at least one of the working stations being a cutting station. The working stations are disposed successively along a working direction and the film is conveyed in the working direction from a first one of the working stations to a second one of the working stations. The cutting station is configured to sever the film in a cutting direction, which is oriented transverse, preferably orthogonal, with respect to the working direction. The cutting station has a knife and counter pressure device, both being pressable against one another in a pressing direction. The disclosure is characterized in that the counter pressure device has a curved surface, which is curved around a curvature axis, and the counter pressure device is configured to roll on a cutting edge of the knife about a rolling axis with the curved surface.
Installation for cutting food products equipped with means for filling the chute
An installation (I) for cutting food products in the form of elongated loaves (P). The installation includes at least one assembly (E) with at least one chute or magazine for receiving a loaf (P). The chute has the form of an elongated compartment configured to receive the loaf (P) via its open upper end, with the possibility of sliding so as to direct it towards and beyond its open lower end. A generally horizontal tray is arranged at a distance from the lower end of the chute with a cutting blade arranged near the tray. A displacement mechanism alternatively guides the lower end so that said blade interacts the loaf and executes its cutting. Also included is a storage unit (S) and a mechanised and/or automated unit for picking-off at least one loaf (P) from the storage unit (S) and for transferring and loading it in the chute.
Method of slicing a food item and slicing mechanism employing a gripping element that generates a vacuum grip
A method of processing a food item that includes moving a food item along a direction towards an automated slicer, wherein prior to the food item being sliced by the automated slicer the food item that is being moved has a length, L, as measured along the direction. The method further includes determining a thickness, T, of a slice of the food item to be generated by the automated slicer and slicing the food item that has the length, L, by the automated slicer so that a maximum possible number, N.sub.max, of slices of the food item are generated that have the thickness, T.
Cutting machine as well as method for cutting elastic strings, in particular meat strings
A cutting machine comprising one or more form tubes that are divided in two in the longitudinal direction into a front form tube section and a rear form tube sectionat least across a portion of its circumference, so that the two form sections can be moved from a pressing position in which they are aligned with each other into a loading position in which they are not aligned with each other, and in the loading position the rear form tube section can be loaded with a new meat strand while the rest of the previous meat strand is still being cut into slices and moved in the front form tube section. The blade may be disposed to simultaneously cut slices from a plurality of form tubes and may be disposed for motion in the longitudinal direction as well as a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction.
Muntin bar fabrication system
A muntin bar fabrication system can be used to efficiency produce a wide variety of different types of muntin bars, allowing the fabrication of both standard and custom muntin bar assemblies for doors, windows, and other fenestration products. In some examples, the fabrication system includes a muntin bar stock storage assembly that holds multiple different types of muntin bar stock. The system also includes a muntin bar stock extraction device that extracts one of the different types of muntin bar stock from the storage assembly and conveys the extracted muntin bar stock to a feed device. The feed device feeds the extracted piece of muntin bar stock into a cutting system that includes a multi-axis cutter. The cutting system that performs one or more cutting operations on the extracted muntin bar stock so as to fabricate one or more individual muntin bars from the extracted muntin bar stock.
HYDRO-MECHANICAL CUTTER
A food product cutting system can include a food product carrier for carrying food product circumferentially around an axis of rotation, where the food product carrier includes food cutters each having a knife and a corresponding pusher. Each knife is for receiving and engaging with food product, and each pusher is slidably coupled with a knife and movable for pushing food product out of engagement with the food cutter. The food product cutting system can also include a track oriented generally circularly with respect to the food product carrier. The track can be arranged at varying radial distances from the axis of rotation and coupled with followers. Each follower can be connected to a corresponding pusher. In operation, food product moved into the knife of a food cutter and carried around the axis of rotation is incrementally pushed out of engagement with the food cutter by the corresponding pusher.
KNIFE, IN PARTICULAR FOR SLICERS
In order to prevent slices separated from a product caliber by a slicer from adhering temporarily to a cutting surface of a blade and not coming to rest on the desired position on a base when the slices are ejected, the arrangement of one or more recesses in the blade back facing away from the product caliber is suggested in a specific way.
