SLICE CUTTING MACHINE WITH REMOVABLY CONNECTABLE TRAY
An electrically operated slice cutting machine for separating slices from, in particular, strand-shaped products to be cut, preferably food products, includes: a machine housing, which holds a drive motor and a rotating cutting blade driven by the drive motor, and having a storage region arranged in a region of the cutting blade, having an essentially planar tray for receiving separated slices, the tray being removably coupled to the machine housing or to an attachment part of the machine housing by a coupling device, the tray being coupled in a horizontal operating position during a cutting operation, and being movable in at least one removal position, in which the tray is configured to be released and removed from the coupling device, when outside of the cutting operation. The coupling device has an upper and a lower coupling arm. Both coupling arms form a coupling recess, which is open on one side.
TRANSPORT DEVICE FOR A CUTTING MACHINE
A transport device, in particular a chain track frame, for a cutting machine, for receiving slices separated from the material to be cut by a cutting blade and for transporting the slices from the cutting blade to a deposit region, includes: a frame on which the following components are mounted: a receiving apparatus for receiving separated slices; a plurality of guide rollers arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other; a drive device for driving a plurality of transport chains or transport belts extending in parallel with each other, the transport chains or transport belts being guided in a closed circulating manner by the drive device via the guide rollers; and a coupling for connecting the drive device to a drive. The frame comprises a single part.
FOOD PRODUCT SLICER WITH GAUGE PLATE POSITION IDENTIFICATION
A food product slicer includes a base, a knife mounted for rotation relative to the base, a carriage assembly mounted to the base for reciprocal movement back and forth past a cutting edge of the knife, and an adjustable gauge plate mounted for movement between a closed position that prevents slicing and multiple open positions that permit slicing at respective thicknesses. A slice thickness identification system is provided, and a slice thickness/gauge plate position targeting graphic may be implemented.
Slicing Apparatus
The invention relates to an apparatus, in particular a high-speed slicer, for slicing food products into portions comprising at least one slice, having a slicing unit which is configured to separate slices from a product, wherein, in a cutting region, the slices drop, as a stream of slices, directly onto at least one carrier and form a portion on the carrier, having a moving apparatus for moving the carrier laden with portions out of the cutting region, having an introduction apparatus which is configured to introduce at least one further carrier into the stream of slices as soon as a portion has been formed on a preceding carrier, and having at least one control device for controlling the movements of the carriers, the slicing unit and/or the introduction apparatus.
SLICING MACHINE COMPRISING A CHAIN FRAME SENSOR
In an embodiment, the present invention provides an electrically operated slicing machine for cutting slices of material to be cut, in particular elongate material to be cut, preferably food, including: a cutting device, including a circular knife that is mounted in a machine housing and rotates in a cutting plane about a first axis of rotation; a stop plate, which is parallel to the cutting plane and is movable in an x direction, for setting the cutting thickness; a carriage, which supports a bearing plate having a bearing surface on which the material to be cut is placed, which carriage can travel in parallel with the cutting plane E; and a chain frame, which is operated by a chain frame motor, for depositing slices that have been cut off from the material to be cut on a deposition table, the chain frame being detachably connected to the machine housing.
Methods for Calibrating Portioning Apparatus
The calibrating system 100 includes a conveyance system 102 for carrying work products 104 arranged in multiple lanes extending along the conveyor to be trimmed and/or cut into portions P. A scanner 110 scans the work product and a cutter system 120 consisting of one or more cutters are arranged in an array or series of cutter assemblies for cutting the work products into end pieces P of desired sizes or other physical parameters. A processor/computer 150, using a scanning program or portioning program, determines how the work product may be portioned into one or more end piece product sets. The processor/computer using the portioning software then functions as a controller to control the cutter system 120 to portion the workpiece 104 according to the selected end product/pieces P.
Slicing machine
A slicing machine for preferably elongated food may include a blade driven by a motor and a deposit table arranged in a deposit area with a deposit plate, which can be moved, motor-driven, linearly in a horizontal direction via a belt drive. In order to manufacture the slicing machine as compactly as possible with a small overall height, it is proposed that the belt drive has at least two deflection rollers and a driving roller, which guide the drive belt in endless rotation in a horizontal plane, and that the driving roller is arranged in a perpendicular projection between the first deflection roller and the second deflection roller.
Slicing machine with removable deposition plate
A slicing machine for cutting slices from lengths of food is provided. The slicing machine includes a machine housing, which retains a drive motor and a rotating blade driven by the drive motor. The machine housing includes a deposition region which is arranged in the region of the blade and has a deposition plate for holding slices that have been cut off. The deposition plate has a rotary shaft and can be rotated from a horizontal position into a vertical position. The deposition plate is rigidly connected to the machine housing or to an attachment part of the machine housing when in the horizontal position, and the deposition plate is removable from the machine housing or from the attachment part of the machine housing when in the vertical position.

A belt reel (14) for a belt retractor (10) has a rotational axis (R) and a reel body (16) that is provided as a reel for a webbing (24) and has a first axial circumferential circle (34). The reel body (16) further includes a radial constriction (32) having a second axial circumferential circle (36), wherein the constriction (32) is arranged centrally on the reel body (16) in the axial direction (A) and wherein the circumference of the second axial circumferential circle (36) amounts to a maximum of 95% of the circumference of the first axial circumferential circle (34). Moreover, a belt retractor (10) comprising such belt reel (14) is described.

A food slicer for slicing and weighing food items includes a slicer body and a slicer knife mounted for rotation relative to the slicer body. The slicer knife includes a peripheral cutting edge. A food product carriage is mounted to the slicer body for reciprocating movement back and forth past a cutting zone of the slicer knife. A portion scale is mounted on the slicer body and includes a weigh platter on a slice exit side of the slicer knife. A controller of the food slicer is configured for automated operations and/or monitoring and alerting based upon slicer conditions.
