A FOOD PROCESSING APPARATUS
A food processing apparatus for the cutting of foodstuff having a guide arrangement. A primary cutter is located at an open first end of the guide arrangement. A secondary cutter is located at or about a second end of the guide arrangement distal the first end. The guide arrangement guides foodstuff cut by the primary cutter towards and into contact with the secondary cutter for further cutting and/or processing by the secondary cutter.
Feeding apparatus
The invention relates to a feeding apparatus for feeding food products to a slicing unit, having a product support comprising at least one track for the reception of a plurality of products arranged one after another; and at least one product mount which comprises a holder for holding a rear end of a product viewed in a feed direction.
Slice cutting machine with removably connectable tray
An electrically operated slice cutting machine separates slices from strand-shaped products, such as food products. The machine includes a machine housing, which holds a drive motor and a rotating cutting blade driven by the drive motor. The machine housing has a storage region near the cutting blade. A tray for receiving slices is removably coupled to the machine housing or to an attachment part of the machine housing. The tray is coupled in a horizontal operating position during a cutting operation, and is movable in at least one removal position, in which the tray is configured to be released and removed from the coupling device, when outside of the cutting operation. The coupling device has an upper and a lower coupling arm. Both coupling arms form a coupling recess, which is open on one side.
Slicing Apparatus
A food preparation system is provided. The food preparation system includes a slicing apparatus configured to host a plurality of different food items simultaneously and govern which of the ingredients are to be sliced.
MACHINE FOR CUTTING TO SIZE ROLLS OF PREDEFINED LENGTH FROM LOGS WITH A GREATER LENGTH
Machine for cutting to size rolls with a defined length from logs having a greater length using a conveyor belts to drive the log to a cutting blade. Photocells are used to determine the length of the longs and to assist with the overall workings of the machine.
METHOD AND MACHINE FOR MAKING UNIFORM PRODUCTS
A method of forming an oral product includes gripping a rod of oral product material with a gripping device, indexing the rod forward to have a leading end of the rod abut a stop at a first location, cutting a leading portion of the rod to create an oral product, moving the stop to a second location to allow the oral product to fall, moving the stop back to the first location, and repeating the process. A machine for forming an oral product can include a cutting device adapted to cut through a rod of plastic material, a stop spaced from the cutting device, the stop being adapted to be moved from a first location to a second location, a gripping device adapted to hold and index a rod towards the stop, and a load cell positioned to receive oral products cut from a rod by the cutting device.
Apparatus and method for moving logs within cutting-off machines
Apparatus for moving logs (2) within cutting-off machines. The apparatus includes a platform (1) with one or more longitudinal channels (10) inside which the logs to be cut are disposed, and a pusher device (3) acting in correspondence of the platform (1) and intended for acting on the back of the logs (2) to push them, along respective guide channels (10), toward a cutting device (4) disposed downstream. The apparatus includes a clamping device (5) disposed intermediate between the pusher device (3) and the cutting device (4) and intended for engaging the logs (2) which are pushed along the channels (10) of platform (1) by the pusher device (3) and driving them along up to the cutting device (4).
Food slicing device with pre-cooling device
There is disclosed a food slicing device for slicing food products which has a pre-cooling device for cooling the food product before the slicing and a cutting device with a cutting blade. A temperature registration device for measuring the temperature of the food product and a control unit are provided, wherein the control unit is designed to calculate, based on the temperature measured by the temperature registration device, an instruction for the operation of the pre-cooling device, wherein the pre-cooling device is controllable depending on this instruction. The disclosure furthermore relates to a method for slicing a food product in which the food product is pre-cooled in a pre-cooling device, the temperature of the food product is measured after the pre-cooling and before or after the slicing of the food product, and the operation of the pre-cooling device is adjusted depending on the measured temperature level of the food product.
Rotary rod slicer
A rod slicer includes a receiving vessel, a cover vessel, and a rod mount. The rod mount may releasably couple with the cover vessel. At least one blade is mounted to or within the cover vessel. The rod mount has openings for one or more rods. The rod mount can be rotated, causing any rods in the openings to pass across from the rod mount into the cover vessel. In the cover vessel, a slicing edge of the blade, thus cutting a segment of a desired length from the rod. A pump may be connected to an opening in the vessel to vacuum the cut segments into the vessel. In some configurations, the blade is adjustable to change the length of the segments.
Bread cutting machine
A bread cutting machine for bread has a receiving surface for receiving the bread to be cut, wherein the receiving surface has a first edge and an opposite second edge, and defines a receiving plane; a cutting device with an array of cutting blades placed at or near the first edge of the receiving surface, wherein the array of cutting blades defines a first plane; and a pushing device configured for pushing the bread to be cut along the receiving surface in a pushing direction extending between the first and second edges of the receiving surface, towards and/or beyond the cutting device. The pushing device includes a push surface for contacting the bread to be cut during pushing thereof. The push surface and/or the first plane are at an acute angle with respect to the pushing direction.
