Electrode Cutting Device
The present technology relates to an apparatus for cutting an electrode of a battery, and the apparatus includes: an all-in-one cutting cartridge module including an upper knife and a lower knife; and a cradle where the all-in-one cutting cartridge module is mounted.
Herein, the all-in-one cutting cartridge module includes a module frame and an upper knife holding unit which fixes and supports the upper knife and is supported in a manner that is vertically slidable on the module frame, and the lower knife is coupled to a lower portion of the module frame to face the upper knife.
The assembly work is very simple in the electrode cutting apparatus of the present invention. Further, since the upper knife and the lower knife are installed at the module cartridge, it is possible to quantitatively adjust the clearance and straightness of the upper knife and the lower knife in advance.
FOOD PRODUCT LOAD ASSEMBLY FOR A FOOD PRODUCT SLICING APPARATUS
A food product forming machine is configured to slice food product into slices. A main frame mounts a load assembly which receives food product and moves the food product through an opening in the main frame, a feed assembly downstream of the load assembly which moves food product through the main frame, and a slicing assembly downstream of the feed assembly which slices the food product into slices. In a first embodiment, the load assembly is at a rear end of the main frame, and in a second embodiment, the load assembly is at a side of the main frame. The load assembly is pivotally mounted to the main frame.
BLADE HOLDER SYSTEM BASED ON RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION TECHNOLOGY AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a blade holder system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology and a controlling method thereof. The blade holder system comprises a blade dispenser, including a blade and a radio frequency identification (RFID) tag, the RFID tag including ID data relating to the blade dispenser; a blade holder, including a radio frequency identification (RFID) reading/writing unit, configured to establish a wireless communication connection with the RFID tag so as to receive the ID data from the RFID tag; and a controller, configured to receive the ID data from the RFID reading/writing unit, to compare the ID data with preset authorization data, and to enable the blade holder to use the blade in the blade dispenser when the ID data matches with the authorization data.
CUTTER HOLDER FOR MICROTOME
The present disclosure relates to a cutter holder for a microtome. The cutter holder includes: a base; a pressing plate pivotably mounted to the base and having a first end configured to clamp the cutter; an eccentric shaft rotatably mounted in the base; and a sliding assembly slidably mounted in the base. The sliding assembly is arranged between the pressing plate and the eccentric shaft and is in contact with the eccentric shaft, and the sliding assembly is movable towards the pressing plate when the eccentric shaft rotates, so as to force the first end of the pressing plate to clamp the cutter with the base. The cutter holder according to embodiments of the present disclosure allows easy mounting and replacement of the pressing plate, facilitates clamping of the cutter and regulation of a clamping force, and has high working efficiency and high reliability.
KNIFE ASSEMBLIES OF SLICING MACHINES, METHODS OF CLAMPING AND RELEASING KNIVES THEREFROM, AND SLICING MACHINES EQUIPPED THEREWITH
Knife assemblies for securing knives to slicing machines, slicing machines equipped therewith, and methods of operating knife assemblies for securing knives to and releasing knives from slicing machines. Such a knife assembly includes a knife holder having a knife support surface, a knife supported on the knife support surface, and a clamp having a base portion adjacent a trailing edge of the clamp and a knife-engaging portion adjacent a leading edge of the clamp. The knife assembly applies a clamping load to the clamp to secure the knife to the knife holder. The clamp is prevented from translating relative to the shaped knife in a leading direction of the knife assembly as the clamping load is applied and/or permits removal of the clamp by being translated in the leading direction.
Automated fiber placement (AFP) cutter blade assemblies, AFP cutter systems including the same, and associated methods
Automated fiber placement (AFP) cutter blade assemblies, AFP cutter systems including the same, and associated methods. An AFP cutter blade assembly includes a blade base and a reversible blade insert configured to be coupled to the blade base in either of a first cutter blade configuration, in which a first cutting edge is an active cutting edge, and a second cutter blade configuration, in which a second cutting edge is the active cutting edge. In examples, an AFP cutter system includes a plurality of AFP cutter blade assemblies in combination with an actuator assembly. In examples, a method of reconfiguring a reversible blade insert of an AFP cutter blade assembly includes uncoupling the reversible blade insert from a blade base, rotating the reversible blade insert relative to the blade base, and operatively coupling the reversible blade insert to the blade base in a different configuration.
PRINTER AND BLADE UNIT
A printer configured to cut recording paper with a fixed blade and a movable blade has a blade unit including the movable blade and a slider to which the movable blade is attachable, and the slider includes: a contact part configured to contact the movable blade; a flexible part formed thinner than the contact part; and a first protrusion provided on the flexible part and configured to engage with a first opening provided in the movable blade.
CUTTER AND CUTTER-HOLDER MATCHING METHOD
A cutter and cutter-holder matching method includes: transferring a cutter holder to a temporary cutter-holder placement module by a first clamping module; heating the cutter holder by a cutter-holder heating module for expanding a cutter clamping hole of the cutter holder; inserting a part of a cutter into the cutter clamping hole of the cutter holder by a second clamping module; cooling the cutter holder by a cutter-holder cooling module for contracting the cutter clamping hole of the cutter holder so as to tightly clamp the cutter; and transferring the cutter holder with the cutter to an assembly storage module by the first clamping module.
CUTTING TOOL HEAD
Embodiments of the invention provide a cutting tool. The cutting tool includes a pin that defines an axis, a first jaw, a second jaw, a first blade, and a second blade. The first and second jaws are configured to rotate about the axis. The first jaw includes a first ear surface that has a first ear bore that is dimensioned to receive the pin. The second jaw includes a second ear surface rotationally engaged with the first ear surface and includes a second ear bore that is dimensioned to receive the pin. The blades can include a tapered face and a non-tapered face. The first and second ear surfaces can be coplanar with the respective non-tapered face.
CUTTING DEVICE
A cutting device includes a tool drive, cutting tool having first and second connecting parts respectively connected to first and second followers, and guiding device, including a first guiding unit with first and second guiding modules. The first guiding module includes first and second guiding wheels, which are held each by related bearing devices rotatable in a guiding plane, peripherally adjacent to each other at a first transfer position, include an outwardly open receiving opening suitable for receiving the first follower, rotatable by the tool drive in opposite directions with the same angular velocity, and arranged so that their receiving openings lie opposite one another at the first transfer position after each revolution, so that the first follower is transferable alternately from one receiving opening into the other at the first transfer position and is further guidable alternately along the periphery of the first or second guiding wheel.
