PUNCHING DEVICE, SHEET PROCESSING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
In a first punching mode, a control portion displaces a support member from a first-path-side end side to a second-path-side end side, and causes a first punching portion on the first-path-side end side to operate in a state where the support member has reached a first target position. In a second punching mode, the control portion displaces the support member from the second-path-side end side to the first-path-side end side, and causes a second punching portion on the second-path-side end side to operate in a state where the support member has reached a second target position. The first and second target positions are based on positions of the support member at points of time when edges on the first-path-side end side and the second-path-side end side are detected by the first sheet sensor and the second sheet sensor, respectively.
Post-processing device and printing device
A post-processing unit includes a punch unit that punches a paper on which recording is performed by a recording unit that discharges ink, and a controller that controls a punching operation of the punch unit. The controller sets at least one of the number of punching and a punching speed per paper in the punch unit based on setting information of at least one of recording information and environmental information in the recording unit.

Method and apparatus for automated stripping of waste from a cut substrate
A separator (10) for separating waste (820) from product (810; 2302) in a pre-cut substrate (2600) having one or more cut lines. An inlet feeder feeds the substrate (2600) into the separator (10) along a material path. A separation edge (2500) is disposed in a location downstream of the inlet feeder and defines a line below the plane of the material path. A plurality of punch tools (30; 1800; 1900; 2000) above the plane of the material path, upstream of the separation edge (2500), each has an actuator configured to position the tool in an extended configuration with a contact end of the punch tool (30; 1800; 1900; 2000) disposed below the separation edge (2500), and a retracted configuration with the contact end disposed above the plane of the material path. A controller commands each actuator to position the corresponding punch tool (30; 1800; 1900; 2000) contact end synchronized with the position of the pre-cut substrate (2600) to cause the separation edge (2500) to separate the waste (820) from the product (810; 2302) along the cut lines.
Ceramic ball having detergent function and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a ceramic ball having a detergent function and a method for manufacturing a ceramic ball, which can improve washing capacity since the ceramic ball is molded such that the surface area coming into contact with water gets wider, and can improve production efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost since it is possible to manufacture ceramic balls continuously and automatically.
Devices, systems and processes for facilitating opening of boxes
An opening station for facilitating box opening may include a scanning station, an edge opening station, and a conveyor assembly. The scanning station is configured to measure a length L, height H, and/or width W of a substantially square box having a top, a bottom, two sides, and two edge portions. The edge opening station is configured to perform perforation operations on at least one of the two edge portions. A complete box opening system may include the scanning station, edge opening station, conveyor, and at least one of a top opening station and a side opening station.
POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS AND BOOKLET
[Problem] With a simple configuration, bookbinding can be performed such that a document sheet can be identified for each chapter by an index sheet, and a predetermined sheet can be easily turned over and opened.
[Solution] A post-processing apparatus adapted to cause a document sheet S1 having a document formed thereon and an index sheet S2 having a chapter title formed thereon to overlap each other, and to perform bookbinding such that the document sheet S1 is identifiable for each chapter by the index sheet S2, the post-processing apparatus including: an image formation unit configured to form, based on a title setting function provided in document generation software, the chapter title on the index sheet S2 according to chapter title information attached to the document; a processing formation unit 30 configured to form a cut-out or cuttable portion-to-be-processed K on the document sheet S1; and a bookbinding unit 40 configured to cause the document sheet S1 having the portion-to-be-processed K formed thereon and the index sheet S2 having the chapter title formed thereon to overlap each other such that the document sheet S1 is positioned on the index sheet S2, and to perform the bookbinding by causing the portion-to-be-processed K of the document sheet S1 and the chapter title of the index sheet S2 to coincide with each other.
PUNCHING DEVICE FOR PUNCHING OUT BLISTER PACKS FROM A BLISTER STRIP
A punching device for punching out blister packs from a blister strip has at least a first and a second punching element. The first punching element has a plurality of punches and the second punching element has a die. The first punching element is movable back and forth in a punching direction in such a way that the punching device alternately assumes an open position and a closed position. During operation of the punching device, each punch is connected to at least one of a plurality of carriages. In the idle state of the punching device, the carriages are displaceable relative to the associated punch in a direction which is perpendicular to the punching direction.

A punching device for punching out blister packs from a blister strip having at least a first and a second punching element. The first punching element has at least one punch and the second punching element has a die. The first punching element is movable back and forth in a punching direction in such a way that the punching device alternately assumes an open position and a closed position. The first punching element has a plurality of punch sets, each of which comprises a punch, an actuating plate and a plurality of punch guides, which extend between said punch and the actuating plate and are connected thereto, wherein the punch guides extend through a base plate of the first punch element. The base plate of the first punching element has a punch set stop, which is in contact with the actuating plate in an operating position of said punch.
