Provided is an electrode sheet rolling apparatus including: a process unit for performing a rolling or notching process of an electrode sheet, a rewinding unit for winding the electrode sheet finished with the process in the process unit, and a guide roll system which is disposed between the process unit and the rewinding unit and guides the electrode sheet from the process unit to the rewinding unit, wherein the guide roll system includes a plurality of rolls arranged in parallel with each other, and temperatures of the plurality of rolls are set sequentially high along a transfer direction of the electrode sheet.

NOTCHING APPARATUS FOR ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
A notching apparatus for an electrode substrate of a rechargeable battery is provided. The notching apparatus includes: a lower plate assembly including a die; an upper plate assembly including a punch facing toward the die; and a pusher on a first side of the punch and the die in a second direction. The pusher is configured to notch an electrode from an electrode substrate passing between the lower plate assembly and the upper plate assembly in a first direction and to separate scrap generated during the notching by pressing with a blade. The blade connects an exterior and an interior of the die in the second direction, and at least one of a first side of the punch and the die have a recess configured to accommodate the blade.
NOTCHING APPARATUS FOR ELECTRODE SUBSTRATE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
A notching apparatus for an electrode substrate of a rechargeable battery is provided. The notching apparatus includes: a lower plate assembly including a die; an upper plate assembly including a punch facing toward the die; and a pusher on a first side of the punch and the die in a second direction. The pusher is configured to notch an electrode from an electrode substrate passing between the lower plate assembly and the upper plate assembly in a first direction and to separate scrap generated during the notching by pressing with a blade. The blade connects an exterior and an interior of the die in the second direction, and at least one of a first side of the punch and the die have a recess configured to accommodate the blade.
Composite material member, method for producing composite material member, and molding die for same
A composite material member having an FRP layer made of fiber-reinforced plastic, and a resin-rich layer that has a fiber content that is 5% or less of the fiber content of the FRP layer. The resin-rich layer is formed in at least a partial region of a surface of the FRP layer, and is formed from the same resin as a matrix resin of the fiber-reinforced plastic. A hole is bored so as to penetrate the FRP layer and the resin-rich layer.
Sheet material processing device and sheet material processing apparatus
A sheet material processing device 3 for performing processing on a having-been-conveyed sheet material along a direction perpendicular to the conveyance direction of the sheet material, includes: a blade member 4 including an upper blade part 42 and a lower blade part 41 that extend in the perpendicular direction and then pressing both blade parts 41 and 42 to each other so as to perform predetermined processing on the sheet material located between both blade parts; a pressing mechanism 5 for pressing both blade parts to each other; and a moving mechanism 6 for moving the blade member in the perpendicular direction, wherein in the upper blade part 42, a processing blade 421 is formed at one or more sites in the perpendicular direction, and wherein in the lower blade part 41, a receiving part for the processing blade is formed over the section facing the processing blade 421.
Separating device
A separating device for separating individual container products from a frame assembly of plastic material, particularly polypropylene, has at least one stamping device (36) that at least partially separates the respective container product from a frame waste. By the stamping device (36) including a free fall body (52) separating the respective frame waste from the associated container product from an initial position during free fall, the separation can be carried out with very high speed (free fall) and additional mechanical components for applying a constraint force on the stamping body during the creating of the separating line can be omitted.
Separating device

By the stamping device (36) including a free fall body (52) separating the respective frame waste from the associated container product from an initial position during free fall, the separation can be carried out with very high speed (free fall) and additional mechanical components for applying a constraint force on the stamping body during the creating of the separating line can be omitted.
Apparatus and method for making corner boards for container assemblies
An apparatus and method for manufacturing a notched corner board is disclosed. The method includes cutting bent board stock into fixed lengths; forming a slit in or near an end of the corner board; and bending/folding a part of the corner board between the end and the slit to create a notch or flap in the corner board. The apparatus includes one or more cutting tools configured to form a slit in or near a first end of the corner board, a support block configured to support the corner board as the slit is formed, one or more rollers configured to move the corner board towards the cutting tool(s), a frame to which the cutting tool(s), the support block, and the roller(s) are directly or indirectly attached, a motor, and a punch. The motor controls movement of the punch to form the notch in the corner board.
