The cutting die is coupled to the punch lid and includes a female portion and a male portion. The female portion includes a die base having an upper elevation, a die head, a die opening extending through the die base and die head, and a passage with at least two open sides between the die base and die head. The male portion is configured to slide through the die opening to cut material positioned within the passage. The punch base is coupled to the cutting die and includes a base opening aligned with the die opening. The alignment stand includes a top surface that is substantially planar with the upper elevation of the die base of the female portion of the cutting die.
Trim Cover Perforating Apparatus and Method
A trim cover perforating apparatus and a method of perforating a trim cover. The trim cover perforating apparatus may have a plurality of punches that may be received in punch openings of a punch lifting plate. The punch lifting plate may receive a pattern plate that may have a set of pattern plate holes. Each punch that is aligned with a pattern plate hole may not perforate the trim cover. Each punch that is not aligned with a pattern plate hole perforates the trim cover.

Transversal cutting equipment for trimming strips
A cutting equipment which trims strips of webs in movement includes a stationary trimming blade and a rotating cylinder with a mobile trimming blade; the rotating cylinder includes a sector with suction openings connected to a vacuum source, which retains the strips by suction and drags the strips up to a strip collector; the cutting equipment cuts and separates transversal strips of two webs overlapped in adherence jointly to the cutting of basic sheets; a perforating device perforates a row of holes on the first web adjacent to an edge of the sheets; and a first web is positioned with the row of holes in front of the suction openings, while the strip of the second web is retained and dragged by suction through the holes of the first web up to the strip collector.

CUTTER ASSEMBLY AND CUTTING MACHINE USING THE SAME
The present disclosure is a cutter assembly, which mainly includes a carrier and a plurality of cutters, wherein the cutters are disposed on the carrier. Each of the cutters includes a blade and a cutter seat. The cutter seat has at least one upper-adjusting hole and at least one lower-adjusting hole, wherein the upper-offset hole is formed with a diameter greater than that of the lower-adjusting hole, and the upper-adjusting hole and the lower-adjusting hole form a countersink surface therebetween. At least one first fastener passes through the upper-adjusting hole and the lower-adjusting hole and engages with the carrier. The first fastener has a top portion formed with a diameter greater than the lower-adjusting hole and less than the upper-adjusting hole, the top portion of the first portion does not press against the countersink surface between the upper-adjusting hole and the lower-adjusting hole.

Punch holder and punch configurations
Punch holders and corresponding punch configurations configured to increase the ease and speed by which maintenance and/or modification of punches used with the holders can be performed. In some cases, the punch holder can be configured with one or more upper and lower collars operatively situated on differing areas of the holder, with each collar adapted to perform a different action with regard to a punch held by the holder. In some cases, when the upper collar is rotated, a corresponding height adjustment of a punch held by the holder results. In some cases, when the lower collar is rotated, a punch held by the holder is released.
