Trocar device with detachable handle and associated methods
The present disclosure provides methods for forming or enlarging holes in bone tissue and methods for fixing medical plates to bodies. The present disclosure also provides for products produced by the methods of the present disclosure and for apparatuses used to perform the methods of the present disclosure.
HYDRAULIC HAND-HELD KNOCKOUT PUNCH DRIVER
A hand-held knockout driver includes a main housing having a handle portion, a motor positioned within the main housing, a pump assembly driven by the motor, and a secondary housing coupled to the main housing and defining a bore therein. The hand-held knockout driver also includes a working piston moveable within the bore from a rest position to an actuated position to define a piston throw distance therebetween. The hand-held knockout driver also includes a draw stud coupled to the working piston, a die coupled to the secondary housing, and a punch coupled to the draw stud opposite the working piston for movement therewith relative to the die. The die has a depth greater than the piston throw distance.

KNOCKOUT TOOLS
Power-driven knockout tools are provided, including knockout tool accessory devices for power-driven tools. A plurality of different die sets can be coupled to the knockout tools, for forming openings through rigid plate or sheet material. The knockout tool portion of the tools may include a transmission that provides for sufficient speed reduction and corresponding increase in output torque from an input speed/torque associated with a rotary force input to the transmission to an output speed and an output torque for the pulling of a punch portion of the die set through the rigid sheet or plate material.

Intraocular lens punch
An intraocular lens (IOL) punch includes a handpiece having an opening at a first end, a jaw comprising a first leg and a second leg joined at a first rod end of a rod, the rod extending into the opening and moveable relative to the handpiece to operate the jaw between an open position and a closed position, and a post attached to the first leg and extending toward the second leg, wherein in the open position there is a gap between the post and the second leg and in the closed position the post extends to the second leg closing the gap.

PUNCH FOR A POWER TOOL
A punch is provided, such as can be used with a knockout punch tool to make a hole in a workpiece. The punch has a base including a first material and a plurality of teeth extending from the base. Eash of the plurality includes a body and a tip and the plurality of teeth include a second material having a material property that is different from the first material.
