Method of punching out a damper from a damper material having a constraint layer, punching apparatus used for the method, and attaching apparatus with the punching apparatus
A method punches out a damper from a damper material set on a punching stage with use of a hollow punch so that the punched damper is positioned within a hollow inside of the punch while vibrating a member composing the punching stage on which the damper material is set at the high frequency. The damper material includes a viscoelastic body layer and the constraint layer laminated on the viscoelastic body layer and the viscoelastic body layer includes an attaching surface through which the damper material is detachably attached on the liner.
Generation and Collection of Multiple Substrates for Aerosol Generation
A method allows for serially forming a plurality of substrates for aerosol generation, and includes the steps of: feeding (110) a continuous web of substrate material, cutting out (120) the continuous web to define a plurality of substrates by rotating a cutting wheel having multiple cutting dies arranged circumferentially, conveying (130) the defined substrates by a conveyor, and lifting (140) the defined substrates from the conveyor by rotating a suction wheel having multiple suction areas arranged circumferentially.
ROTARY TOOL EJECTION TECHNOLOGY
A rotary tool ejection technology utilizing air to eject contents from the dies of a rotary cylinder. The dies include orifices positioned therein. The orifices are assembled with porous material. The orifices are capable of receiving air from an internal chamber and delivering it to the outer surface of a rotary cylinder. Air is supplied to the internal chamber by an internal shaft. The internal shaft contains a channel in fluid communication with outlets extending radially outward from the channel to locations on the outer surface of the shaft. The shaft is optionally assembled with a manifold having a conduit. The conduit is positioned for intermittent alignment with the orifices in the rotary cylinder as the rotary cylinder rotates relative to the manifold.
Wipe-cutting tool
A wipe-cutting tool integrated into a firearm or firearm accessory, or component thereof, which can be replaced in the field. The muzzle accessories may include a suppressor, a brake, a compensator or a flash suppressor. The components may include an endcap, the end of an accessory, a muzzle or a baffle. Cutting blades are integrated into the firearm or muzzle accessory and may be integrally formed with the suppressor or compensator tube as well as with a muzzle end cap attached to the tube. When pressed into a substrate of material suitable to form a wipe the cutting blade separates a wipe from the substrate which can be readily inserted into the suppressor or compensator at the muzzle end.
DATA GENERATING DEVICE AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM
A data generating device includes a processor, and a memory. The memory is configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, instruct the processor to perform processes. The processes include acquiring image data representing a pattern, acquiring graphic data representing a graphic, setting a layout relationship between the pattern and the graphic, and acquiring a reference used in position alignment of the pattern and the graphic. The processes include generating processing data that causes a processing device to perform first processing and second processing. The processing device is configured to carry out a process, including cutting, on a sheet-like workpiece. The first processing is processing to form a plurality of first holes designating the graphic by cutting the workpiece. The second processing is processing to carry out a process at a position on the workpiece corresponding to the reference, on the basis of the layout relationship.
PRECISION DRYWALL PUNCH
According to the present invention, an apparatus is provided that allows cutting an opening in a material, such as a wall or surface, while accurately controlling the depth of penetration so as not to damage or destroy any existing materials behind the wall or surface, and also without needing equal access behind the wall or surface. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the apparatus includes a support block assembly having a thickness and at least one primary surface, the at least one primary surface defining a perimeter of the support block assembly; and one or more cutting blades coupled to the support block assembly in at least one location and extending away from the at least one primary surface, the one or more cutting blades being arranged in a closed plane orientation and each being coupled to the support block assembly such that the one or more cutting blades extend away from the at least one primary surface at an inset distance relative to the perimeter of the support block assembly. In another preferred embodiment, the apparatus includes one or more levels. And in another preferred embodiment, the apparatus includes a handle.
APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING A FOOD PRODUCT AND CORRESPONDING METHOD
Apparatus for processing a food product, such as a wheel of hard or semihard cheese, comprising: a disking unit configured to cut the food product and to obtain disks; a holing unit configured to make a hole in each of the disks to define an intermediate product shaped like a do-nut; a weighing unit configured to assess the weight of at least one of the disks or said intermediate product; a cutting unit configured to cut the intermediate product into a plurality of segments.
VIBRATING CUTTER TOOL CIRCULAR CUTTING JIG
A circular jig apparatus to allow cutting or marking of large circular holes in sheets of material using a tool with a cutting blade or marking device is disclosed. This apparatus includes a system to hold the hold the tool in place, adjust the size or radius of the circular hole, and guide the cutting blade or marking device around in a circle on the sheet of material. In particular the cutting tool may be a vibrating blade. A system is also disclosed to match the curvature of the cutting blade to the arc or radius of the circle being cut. A system is also disclosed to provide a depth stop for the cutting blade. A system to hold a wide variety of marking or dispensing devices for use with the circular jig is also disclosed.
Wood Test Tool and Method for Visually Checking a Wood Object
The present invention relates to a wood test tool (1) for punching out and visually checking the core of a wood sample. The wood test tool (1) has a hollow cylindrical pin (11), comprising at one end an input opening (12) which corresponds to the inner diameter of the hollow cylinder, and at the other end a flattened head (13) as well as a viewing window (14), said viewing window extending over at least two thirds along the length of the hollow cylinder starting from the end of the hollow cylindrical pin (11) on the side of the input opening. Further disclosed is a method for checking the impregnation depth of an impregnated wood object (4).
Method and device for manufacturing containers by thermoforming
The containers are thermoformed at a thermoforming station from blanks cut out from a sheet of thermoplastic material. Before thermoforming the containers, at least some blank zones in the sheet are heated, the hot blanks are cut out from the heated zones and the hot blanks are conveyed to the thermoforming station.
