CUTTING DEVICE
A cutting device includes a housing formed with a handle portion and an accommodation portion, a cutting portion connected to the housing and at least partially disposed in the accommodation portion, a motor disposed in the accommodation portion and extending in a first linear direction, and a bottom plate extending in a plane of the bottom plate and formed with an opening through which at least part of the cutting portion passes. The cutting device further includes a worm gear and worm structure disposed in the accommodation portion. The cutting portion includes a chain and a guide plate connected to the housing and used for supporting the chain. The motor includes an output shaft, the cutting portion is connected to a driving shaft, the output shaft transmits power to the driving shaft through a worm gear and a worm, and the driving shaft is capable of driving the chain.
Powered handheld cutting tool
A handheld cutting tool includes a housing including a motor housing portion, a drive housing portion, and a handle portion extending from one of the motor housing portion or the drive housing portion. A motor is located in the motor housing portion. A driven gear is coupled to the motor for receiving torque therefrom. A first guard extends between the handle portion and one of the drive housing portion or the motor housing portion, and a second guard extends between the drive housing portion and one of the handle portion and the motor housing portion. A guide bar extends from the drive housing portion at an angle offset relative to the handle portion and the first and second guards. A chain is supported on the guide bar, and a battery pack is removably coupled to a bottom part of the handle portion.
Saw Assembly and Method for Operating a Saw Assembly
A method for operating a saw assembly as well as a saw assembly, having a chainsaw (1) with a circulating saw chain (2) and a chain drive sprocket (3) for driving the saw chain (2). The chainsaw (1) is secured to a moving device (8) via a chainsaw swivel device (19). The moving device (8) has a first operating mode, in which the chainsaw (1) is moved or movable from a first position through a saw area (9) and through the cutting material (18) into a second position, and the moving device (8) has a second operating mode, in which the chainsaw (1) is moved or movable from the second position back through the saw area (9) and through the cutting material (18) into the first position.
Power tool system
A power tool system includes at least one power tool separation device and at least one portable power tool. The power tool separation device includes at least one cutting unit and at least one guide unit which forms a closed system at least together with the cutting unit. The portable power tool includes a motor unit configured to be coupled to the cutting unit of the power tool separation device. At least in the mounted state, a longitudinal axis of the motor unit extends at least essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the guide unit.
POWERED HANDHELD CUTTING TOOL
A handheld cutting tool includes a motor, a driven gear coupled to the motor and a sprocket coupled for co-rotation with the driven gear, a housing, a guide bar extending from the housing, a chain supported on the guide bar and engaged with the sprocket such that rotation of the sprocket moves the chain along the guide bar, and a battery pack removably coupled to the housing, the battery pack including a foot portion defining a base plane. The center of gravity of the handheld cutting tool is located above the foot portion when the handheld cutting tool is stood upright on the foot portion, thus permitting the handheld cutting tool to balance only on the foot portion of the battery pack.
CHAIN SAW
A chain saw includes a housing, a working head, a protective member, and a pumping mechanism. The working head includes a guide plate and a cutting element arranged around the guide plate. The cutting element moves around the guide plate to implement cutting. The protective member is movably mounted on the housing, and at least partially covered on the working head. The pumping mechanism is configured to deliver a lubricating medium to the working head. The pumping mechanism is configured to output the lubricating medium as triggered by movement of the protective member. When the working head is in a working state, the protective member is pushable by a to-be-cut object to move in a direction away from the working head, to trigger the pumping mechanism to output the lubricating medium.
POWERED HANDHELD CUTTING TOOL
A handheld cutting tool includes a motor, a driven gear coupled to the motor and a sprocket coupled for co-rotation with the driven gear, a housing, a guide bar extending from the housing, a chain supported on the guide bar and engaged with the sprocket such that rotation of the sprocket moves the chain along the guide bar, a battery pack removably coupled to the housing, the battery pack including a foot portion on which the handheld cutting tool is supported in an upright position, and one or more support faces on which the handheld cutting tool is supported in a horizontal position, the one or more support faces extending forward of the housing, the one or more support faces defining a face plane that is non-intersecting with the foot portion.
