A BUILDING PANEL AND A METHOD TO PRODUCE SUCH A BUILDING PANEL
A building panel including a balancing layer having a top surface and a bottom surface, a first sub-layer is arranged on the top surface of the balancing layer, wherein the first sub-layer includes a binder, a surface layer arranged above a surface of the first sub-layer facing away from the balancing layer, the surface layer having a top surface and a bottom surface and including a first wood veneer (10) having a grain direction, wherein an extension of the surface layer in a direction parallel to the grain direction of the first wood veneer is equal or less than an extension of the balancing layer in the direction parallel to the grain direction of the first wood veneer, and wherein the surface layer is arranged within the extension of the balancing layer in the direction parallel to the grain direction of the first wood veneer.
FIREPROOFING CHEMICAL-CONTAINING WOOD MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention improves the reliability of fire-resistance performance, and suppresses a drop in strength and a drop in Young's modulus for bending, with regard to a structural LVL containing a fireproofing chemical for fire-resistant structural wood material-use. The present invention is the LVL 61 for structural use comprising a plurality of raw material veneers 51 layered in the front-back thickness direction via adhesive layers therebetween. Each of the raw material veneers 51 is a wood material having a fireproofing chemical injected to the interior thereof and is constituted from a site of sapwood part alone, a site of heartwood part alone, or, a site wherein a sapwood part and a heartwood part are mixed. Injection holes 62 are provided, each having a circular cross section and extending in the thickness direction from each of the front surface and the back surface of the LVL 61. The injection holes 62 traverse through the plurality of raw material veneers 51 and the adhesive layers. On the front surface and the back surface, respectively, plurality of the injection holes 62 are aligned while leaving an interval therebetween in the width direction and in the length direction of the LVL 61. The injection holes 61(U) from the front surface and the injection holes 61(D) from the back surface are disposed at different positions from one another in the width direction and in the length direction.

METHOD TO PRODUCE A BUILDING PANEL AND A BUILDING PANEL
A method to produce a building panel, including providing a core, applying a first paper layer on a first surface of the core, wherein the first paper layer includes a resin impregnated paper, applying refined lignocellulosic fibres on the first paper layer, applying a wood veneer layer above the refined lignocellulosic fibres, applying pressure to the core, the first paper layer, the refined lignocellulosic fibres, and the wood veneer layer to form a building panel. Also, to such building panel.
Extrusion additive manufacturing for veneer applications
A method of extrusion additive manufacturing for veneer applications may include, but is not limited to, loading material into an extruder, generating a mixture from the material, and fabricating the veneer product. Fabricating the veneer product may include depositing a first portion of the mixture on a working surface of the extruder, actuating the working surface, and depositing an additional portion of the mixture on the working surface of the extruder proximate to the first position of the mixture deposited on the working surface. Where the first portion of the mixture and the additional portion of the mixture form a first layer of the veneer product, fabricating the veneer product may include actuating a nozzle of the extruder and depositing an additional layer of the mixture on the first layer of the veneer product. The material may include wood product and a binder.
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF PANEL MEMBER
A manufacturing method of a panel member (1) in accordance with the present invention includes: a processing step of processing a veneer sheet (2), which is obtained by processing wood into a sheet, into a predetermined desired shape; and a resin molding step of setting the veneer sheet (2), which has been processed in the processing step, on a mold M1 and pouring a transmissive resin onto a front surface side of the veneer sheet (2) to mold a base material part (3). The base material part (3) is molded such that the plate thickness thereof gradually changes.
