ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING DISMANTLING GROOVE
An element with an insertion groove and a dismantling groove. A method for providing a dismantling groove in an element for a product to be assembled by a plurality of elements locked by a locking arrangement including a flexible tongue. The method includes providing an insertion groove and a dismantling groove in the same element. The dismantling groove extends along the element between a first side and a second side and is configured for receiving the flexible tongue of the locking arrangement for locking the element to another element having a tongue groove. The dismantling groove is provided in the element such that it extends from the first side to the insertion groove and along a portion of the insertion groove, and is configured to receive a dismantling tool for dismantling the element from the other element.
Toe notch plate
A toe notch plate is described that attaches to a router and maintains the router at a predefined angle from a work piece. The toe notch plants further maintains a router bit at a consistent and predetermined distance from an edge of the work piece. When the router is moved along the edge of the work piece, the toe notch plate causes a groove to be formed in the work piece, where the groove has a structure suitable for use of a nail gun or a staple gun, and an entry point for nails or staples. This allows the work piece with the groove to be toe nailed to another piece of wood.

ADJUSTING MECHANISM FOR A CUTTING TOOL
An adjusting mechanism for a cutting tool having knife holders circumferentially interspaced and having a back surface facing a circumferential direction and a seat surface facing a radial direction. The mechanism includes a support member having fixation points securable to the cutting tool. A deformable member is sandwiched between the cutting tool and the support member. The deformable member defines an adjustable lateral reference surface facing an axial direction to be in abutment with the knife inserts. An adjustment member is mounted on one of the support member and the deformable member between the fixation points of the support member. The adjustment member is operable to exert a force on the deformable member to locally deform the deformable member from an undeformed state to a deformed state. An axial distance between the support member and the deformable member is greater in the deformed state than in the undeformed state.

PANEL FORMING
Building panels, especially laminated floor panels are shown, which are provided with a locking system and several core grooves at the rear side in order to save material and decrease weight. Building panels, each having a surface layer on a front side, a backing layer on a rear side and an intermediate core, wherein the intermediate core and the surface and the backing layer all comprise wood fibres and thermosetting resins, the building panels are provided with a locking system for vertical and horizontal locking of a first edge of a first building panel to an adjacent second edge of a second building panel.
Automated cutting for scenic flats construction
An automated cutting for scenic flats construction system and method for cutting of wide dadoes accurately spaced along sets of multiple boards to be used as studs or stiles for scenic flats, cleanly and accurately across the boards in one pass for each wide dado cut. A controller controls the automatic operation. A main unit with a support stand and a main-unit shell provides a sled unit extending and retracting along linear-bearing tracks by operation of sled actuators controlled by the controller. The sled unit provides a wide one-pass dado blade assembly capable of cutting a wide dado across multiple boards in one pass as the sled unit is moved along the linear-bearing tracks by the sled actuators under the control of the controller. After initial positioning of the set of uncut boards on an infeed table and against a positioning stop, the set of boards is held in place by hold-down clamps, the wide dado cut is made in one pass of the sled unit with the wide one-pass dado blade assembly, the hold-down clamps are released, the set of boards is moved through the main unit and toward a receiving table by a pre-set distance by a driving dog on a drive chain, the hold-down clamps are activated, and another wide dado cut is made in one pass, all under the control of the controller, repeating until all dado cuts are made to the set of boards.
