POWER TOOL, SYSTEM, AND METHOD
A power tool with a rotatable tool designed as a saw blade or a milling cutter, including a sensor device for detecting a mechanical quantity, the mechanical quantity having a force, an acceleration, a velocity, a deflection, a deformation and/or a mechanical stress, and the mechanical quantity being dependent on a force emanating from the tool, and a control device communicatively coupled to the sensor device, which control device is adapted to recognize a kickback event based on the detected mechanical quantity, where the control device is adapted to selectively determine a first recognition function or a second recognition function different from the first recognition function based on a function determination information, and to perform the recognition of the kickback event based on the detected mechanical quantity using the determined recognition function.
ELECTRIC TOOL
A power tool, in particular a hand-held power tool, including a support section for setting down the power tool on a substrate, in particular on a workpiece and/or a guide element. The power tool has a support detection device and is designed to detect, by the support detection device, a first support state, in which the power tool is supported on the substrate by way of at least one first region of the support surface, and/or a second support state, in which the power tool is not resting on the substrate by way of at least the first region, and to determine an operating state of the power tool on the basis of the detected support state.

Safety Braking Device with Two Braking Stages
A safety braking device for a machine tool for braking a processing tool driven by means of an electric motor via an output unit, more particularly an output shaft, includes at least one braking device which is provided to halt rotation of the output unit in a braking process. The braking device has at least a first braking stage and a second braking stage. The disclosure further relates to a machine tool having the safety braking device and to a method for operating a safety braking device.
WORK MACHINE
A dust collection box includes: a box entrance section through which an air flow is let into a dust chamber; and a box-side exhaust outlet through which the air flow in the dust chamber is let out of the dust chamber. The box-side exhaust outlet is disposed behind the box entrance section. The dust collection box also has a case guide section which guides the air flow introduced into the dust chamber toward the downstream side. Accordingly, the air flow introduced into the dust chamber is caused to flow downward at a front end of the dust chamber, to flow backward at a lower end of the dust chamber, and to flow upward at a rear end of the dust chamber.

Hand-held machine tool
A mobile machine tool including a guide element, having a guide surface, for guiding the machine tool and a workpiece surface of the workpiece to one another along a machining path. The machine tool includes a drive unit having a drive motor for driving a tool receptacle arranged on the drive unit for receiving a work tool and a detection device for detecting at least one workpiece reference which is associated, with respect to a machining path, with a machining start point where the work tool starts the machining of the workpiece or with a machining end point where the work tool ends the machining of the workpiece. The tool receptacle is designed for rotationally driving the work tool about an axis of rotation and for adjusting a penetration depth of the work tool into the workpiece by means of a depth adjustment device between depth adjustment positions.
Table saw
A table saw including a table having a top surface, an opening in the table through which a saw blade extends, and a throat plate receivable within the opening. The throat plate includes a front end that sits flush with the top surface of the table, a back end that sits flush with the top surface of the table, a top surface that is co-planar with the top surface of the table, and a wear plate pocket that is recessed from the top surface of the throat plate. The wear plate pocket defines a bottom surface that is oriented at an oblique angle relative to the top surface of the throat plate and slopes downward in a direction from the back end toward the front end. The wear plate positioned within the wear plate pocket. The wear plate sitting parallel to the bottom surface of the wear plate pocket.

Portable cutting devices
A dust-proof circular saw includes a base placed on a workpiece, a circular saw main body supported on an upper surface side of the base and equipped with an electric motor, and a saw blade driven by the electric motor extending downwardly from the base. The dust-proof circular saw further includes a cooling fan driven by the electric motor to guide air to the electric motor for cooling the electric motor, as well as to a blower mechanism. The blower mechanism blows the cutting chips away by blowing the air generated by the fan out of the circular saw main body in a user-adjustable direction. The blower mechanism has an air outlet configured to blow out the air, and an orientation change mechanism capable of changing the orientation of the air outlet.
