A device for supporting stripper head on a mold box of a concrete product machine mold assembly. The device includes a set of attachment hardware that connects a stand-off leg to a stripper head plate to support the stripper head with the stripper head plungers disposed in respective protected positions within respective plunger receptacles of the mold box. The hardware set comprises a ferrous metal portion configured to be carried by the stripper head plate and a magnetic portion carried by the stand-off leg in a position to magnetically engage the ferrous metal portion and allow for removable attachment of the stand-off leg to the stripper head plate when the ferrous metal portion is carried by the stripper head plate.
Stacking clip for concrete forming panel systems
A stacking clip suitable for use with a concrete forming system having one or more frame elements having one or more ribs formed on a rail. The stacking clip allows an extension component to be coupled to the stacking clip and to hence extend the height or the width of the frame element.
CONFIGURABLE FORM SYSTEM FOR FABRICATING PRECAST PANELS
A configurable form system for creating precast concrete panels is disclosed. The configurable form system can be used to create precast panels for both commercial tilt panels and highway noise barrier walls, among other applications. A plurality of form system sections are preferably fabricated from steel plate bent into a J-channel member. The configurable form system can be designed in sections that are quickly assembled. To suit a particular application, a section can be extended by sequentially attaching extension members to a primary member. A plurality or faces or shoring apparatuses can be coupled to the section to circumscribe or form an inner diameter of an enclosure formed by the sections. The shoring apparatuses can vary in height, allowing for fabrication of panels of variable thickness using the same forms or framework. The shoring apparatuses can be configured to removably engage ends of sections to facilitate the formation of enclosures using the sections.
CONFIGURABLE STEEL FORM SYSTEM FOR FABRICATING PRECAST PANELS
A configurable steel form system for creating precast concrete panels is disclosed. The configurable steel form system can be used to create precast panels for both commercial tilt panels and highway noise barrier walls, among other applications. A plurality of steel form system sections are preferably fabricated from steel plate bent into a J-channel member. The configurable steel form system can be designed in sections that are quickly assembled. To suit a particular application, a section can be extended by sequentially attaching extension members to a primary member. A quick-release mechanism can be implemented for ease and speed of connection. Each section can have the panel depth and contour fabricated into the steel form profile. Anchoring holes ii and corner miters can also be cut into the form's framework.

Mold system for a modular telescoping barrier and method of construction
A mold system for a modular telescoping barrier and method of construction provides barriers arranged in a telescoping configuration with tight tolerances. The barriers are constructed with an inner and outer mold subassembly, separated by a gap. A shape-adapted funnel pours mold filling into gap between mold subassemblies. When mold filling dries, the mold subassemblies are removed to access a barrier. Barriers are nested with other barriers having incrementally larger or smaller perimeters to achieve telescoping configuration. A base barrier with a support flange supports multiple barriers. The inner and outer subassemblies are made up of individual panels fitted together end to end, and at corners in a tight relationship. Reinforcing structures abut the panels to prevent panels from bulging. The narrow end of the funnels includes clamps that press inwardly on the panels to prevent bulging. A level and an agitating mechanism enable mold filling to be poured uniformly.
PREFABRICATED STAIRS MODULAR ASSEMBLY MOLD AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
A prefabricated stair modular assembly mold comprises a base, a step standard module, an upside module of a lower platform, an underside rotating module of a lower platform, an upside module of an upper platform, an underside rotating module of an upper platform, an underside common module, and an underside adjustment modules. Prefabricated stair molds of different dimensions are formed by means of locating holes provided in the assembling modules, and are then fixed by means of sliding holes at two ends. Further disclosed is a mounting method for said assembly mold. Said assembly mold has high positioning accuracy, and small accumulated error, improving the mounting efficiency of the prefabricated staircase mold.
MOLD DEVICE FOR MOLDING A WAFFLE SLAB AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A WAFFLE SLAB HAVING CHAMFERS
The present disclosure is related to a mold device for molding a waffle slab, wherein a plurality of connecting structures made of steel bars protrude from the sides of the waffle slab, the mold device comprising: a plurality of steel molds provided at both sides of each of the plurality of connecting structures and surrounding the waffle slab, each of the plurality of steel molds having a top surface, which has a hole therein; a plurality of auxiliary devices respectively disposed at the sides of the waffle slab and having through holes corresponding to holes in the plurality of steel molds; and a plurality of fasteners; wherein the plurality of fasteners respectively pass through the through holes of the plurality of auxiliary devices and are fixed into the holes of the plurality of steel molds so that each of the plurality of auxiliary device transversely connects the top surfaces of the plurality of steel molds.
FORMWORK ASSEMBLY
A formwork assembly includes a base body to be fastened detachably to the formwork surface, and an attachment element. A fastening device can release the at least one attachment element, in particular automatically, from the at least one base body. At least one centering device is provided separate from the at least one fastening device, by which the attachment element when fixed to the base body can be automatically aligned relative to the base body. The base body and the attachment element can be arranged, in the fixed state, together on the formwork surface and can be removed from the formwork surface.
