UTILITY ENCLOSURE APRON
Precast utility enclosure aprons for buried utility enclosures that have an angled top surface to direct water, ice and debris away from the center of the apron and to limit damage to the apron and utility enclosure caused by impacts to the apron.
SPARK PLUG INSULATOR PRODUCTION METHOD, INSULATOR, MOLDING DIE
An employed rear mold is comprised of a plurality of mold pieces. The plurality of mold pieces include a first mold piece which forms a first partial internal surface of the internal surface of the rear mold along the entire circumference of the internal surface, and a second mold piece which is located axially forward of the first mold piece and forms a second partial internal surface of the internal surface of the rear mold along the entire circumference of the internal surface. Releasing the molded body includes starting to move the first mold piece rearward in relation to a rear molded portion, and, subsequently to starting to move the first mold piece, starting to move the second mold piece rearward in relation to the rear molded portion, thereby disassembling the rear mold into the plurality of mold pieces.
Post molding system
A post molding system includes a box. Concrete is poured into the box such that the concrete is formed in the shape of the box. A cage is provided and the cage is positioned in the box. The cage reinforces the concrete when the concrete dries in the box. A pair of molds is provided. Each of the molds is positioned on the box when the concrete is poured into the box. Thus, each of the molds forms an aperture extending through the concrete.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INSULATOR FOR SPARK PLUG
A method for manufacturing an insulator for a spark plug includes a molding process of forming a cylindrical molded product having an axial hole that extends in a direction of an axial line, by means of injection molding using a mold that has a columnar cavity therein and a bar-shaped member disposed in the cavity and extending in the direction of the axial line. In this method, the molding process includes an injection step of injecting a material containing a ceramic. In the injection step, the material is injected into the cavity from a plurality of injection openings that are opened at an inner circumferential surface, of the mold, that forms the cavity. The plurality of injection openings include two or more injection openings located at different positions in the direction of the axial line, or two or more injection openings located at different positions in a circumferential direction.

Foam Mold to Provide Inside Shape of for Pizza Oven When Covered in Concrete
A masonry oven constructed with the aid of a mold. An exemplary foam mold to provide inside shape of for pizza oven when covered in concrete is disclosed. Our mold allows DIY Homeowners the ability to make a pizza oven in their own backyard (or wherever) by simply pouring high˜temp concrete into our mold.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THREE-DIMENSIONAL FIRED BODY
A method for manufacturing a three-dimensional fired body includes (a) a step of producing a shaping mold using an organic material, the shaping mold having a shaping space which has the same shape as a shaped body having a hollow portion that opens to an outer surface thereof, in which a core corresponding to the hollow portion is integrated with the shaping mold; (b) a step of producing the shaped body in the shaping mold by pouring a ceramic slurry into the shaping space and solidifying the ceramic slurry; (c) a step of drying and then degreasing the shaped body, in which the shaping mold is eliminated in any one of the following stages: before drying, during drying, after drying and before degreasing, during degreasing, and after degreasing of the shaped body; and (d) a step of firing the shaped body to obtain a three-dimensional fired body.
PRECAST HOLLOW BLOCK WALL SYSTEM AND FORMS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
What is provided is a precast hollow block, a precast wall system incorporating the precast hollow block, and forms for manufacturing a hollow block and a coping cap. Accordingly, the precast hollow block and its incorporation into a precast wall system provide solutions to current “level up” block coping techniques, wall flood protection, wall force protection, and the like. Instead of having mismatched or missing face textures on sloped portions of the wall, the precast wall system allows for easier installation of face-textured blocks directly at the top of the wall. As a result, the precast wall system may readily account for slope transitions of a wall, conform to specific Department of Transportation project requirements, accommodate existing wall construction specifications, and be easily customizable for a variety of applications.
Energy Dissipator
An energy dissipater comprising a plurality of periodic hyperbolic surfaces, forming a continuous surface-structure, and enveloping contiguous tunnels there through.
