METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR CURING CONCRETE
An apparatus for curing concrete includes a multiple layer film and an absorbent layer. The film can include pH modifying components and antiskid components. The absorbent layer can include pH modifying components. The apparatus can be applied to concrete after hydration water is applied. The apparatus can enclose concrete members during transport so as to continue the curing process during transport. The film can be used as a barrier layer between the ground and poured concrete. The apparatus can be manufactured by heating a film to its crystalline softening point, applying adhesive material to an absorbent material, and adhering the film to the absorbent material. A method of curing concrete includes pouring concrete, waiting for the concrete to reach the bleed stage, providing hydration water, adding a pH modifying component to the hydration water, and applying the hydration water with the pH modifying component to the poured concrete.
Methods and apparatuses for curing concrete
An apparatus for curing concrete includes a multiple layer polyolefin film and an absorbent layer. The polyolefin film layer can include pH modifying components and antiskid components. The absorbent layer can also include pH modifying components. The absorbent layer can include nonwoven fabric. The apparatus can be applied to curing concrete after hydration water is applied to the curing concrete. The apparatus can also be used to enclose poured concrete members during transport of the members so as to continue the curing process during transport. The film can also be used as a barrier layer between the ground and poured concrete.
Curing systems for materials that consume carbon dioxide and method of use thereof
The invention provides a curing system that is useful for curing materials that consume carbon dioxide as a reagent. The system has a curing chamber that contains the material to be cured and a gas that contains carbon dioxide. The system includes apparatus that can deliver carbon dioxide to displace ambient air upon loading the system, that can provide carbon dioxide as it is needed and as it is consumed, that can control carbon dioxide concentration, temperature and humidity in the curing chamber during the curing cycle and that can record and display to a user the variables that occur during the curing process. A method of curing a material which requires CO.sub.2 as a curing reagent is also described.
AUTOMATED DRYING AND CURING CHAMBER
Machines, systems and methods for curing materials, including organic and nonorganic materials, are described. In particular, machines, systems and methods for machines, systems and methods for materials, such as organic plant materials or inorganic materials, including cannabis materials. In particular, the present invention relates to machines, systems and methods for an automated drying and curing chamber machine for both personal and commercial applications, wherein the machine uses customized variable settings and laminar air flow dynamics via negative pressure to ensure the optimal curing and drying environment for plant materials are described.
DEVICE FOR STORING OBJECTS, IN PARTICULAR FOR CURING OBJECTS MADE OF CONCRETE, UNDER DEFINED TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS AND HUMIDITY CONDITIONS
The invention relates to a device for storing objects under defined temperature conditions and humidity conditions. In particular, the invention relates to a device for curing objects made of concrete. The device has a shelving system having a plurality of shelf supports and a plurality of bearing elements for supporting shelves supported on the shelf supports and arranged one above the other in a plurality of levels, on which shelves the objects are stored. According to the invention, a flow pipe system for distributing supply air provided in a climate system is at least partially integrated into the shelving system. A plurality of shelf supports in this case are at least in sections at the same time downward pipelines of the flow pipe system that the provided supply air is able to flow through. As a result, condensation at the foot of the shelving system and thus corrosion is counteracted at the shelf supports, thus increasing the service life of the shelving system.
Cement composition and manufacturing method for cement cured body using same
Provided is a cement composition that has high fluidity (for example, a 0-drop flow value of 200 mm or more) before curing and exhibits high compressive strength (for example, 320 N/mm.sup.2 or more) after curing. The cement composition includes a cement, a silica fume having a BET specific surface area of from 10 m.sup.2/g to 25 m.sup.2/g, an inorganic powder having a 50% cumulative particle size of from 0.8 m to 5 m, a fine aggregate having a maximum particle size of 1.2 mm or less, a water reducing agent, an antifoaming agent, and water. The ratio of the cement is from 55 vol % to 65 vol %, the ratio of the silica fume is from 5 vol % to 25 vol %, and the ratio of the inorganic powder is from 15 vol % to 35 vol % in the total amount of 100 vol % of the cement, the silica fume, and the inorganic powder.
Pump-type autoclave system and providing method for steam and pressure thereof
The present invention discloses a pump-type autoclave system and a providing method for steam and pressure thereof, wherein the pump-type autoclave system comprises an autoclave, a steam providing device and a compressor, said steam providing device comprises a water storage container and a heating device used for heating said water storage container, said water storage container, the compressor and the autoclave are connected through a pipeline to form a closed loop, an inlet of the compressor is connected with a steam output port of the water storage container, an outlet of the compressor is connected to a steam input port of the autoclave, and a condensate water drain outlet of the autoclave is connected to the water storage container. The present invention uses the compressor to depressurize an intermediate-low temperature water source to obtain steam, and the steam is pumped into the autoclave and condensed to release heat to obtain corresponding temperature and pressure. Since the present invention fully utilizes a great amount of low-cost intermediate-low temperature heat sources obtained from natural, industrial or living waste heat to provide needed high temperature, steam and pressure to the autoclave system, the energy is saved.
