Neurovascular distal access support catheters, aspiration catheters, or device shafts
A catheter or shaft, such as a distal access support or aspiration catheter, is provided that is configured to be advanced at least partially within a patient. The catheter or shaft may include a flexible and hollow shaft including a proximal end and a distal end. The flexible and hollow shaft may include a slotted portion with a plurality of slotted openings, the slotted portion including a first segment with a first pattern of slotted openings and a second segment extending proximally relative the first segment with a second pattern of slotted openings different from the first pattern.
Ear water suction apparatus
An aural water removal suction apparatus for removing water from within ears includes a mouthpiece that has a principal opening extending into a mouth portion and a stem aperture extending from the principal opening through a stem portion. A tubing is coupled to the mouthpiece. A pair of ear tubes comprising a right ear tube and a left ear tube is coupled to the tubing. A pair of ear buds that is configured to be inserted into a user's ears is coupled to the pair of ear tubes. The canal aperture of each of the pair of ear buds, the pair of ear tubes, the tubing, and the stem aperture of the mouthpiece are all in fluid communication. The user creates suction through the canal aperture of the pair of ear buds with her mouth on the principal opening of the mouthpiece to draw water from her ears.
Percutaneous Urinary Catheter
A percutaneous urinary catheter is provided, including a proximal portion, a distal portion configured to be deployed in a kidney and/or renal pelvis of the urinary tract, and at least one lumen extending at least partially through the proximal portion of the percutaneous urinary catheter; and a negative pressure source in fluid communication with the at least one lumen, the negative pressure source being configured to draw fluid from the urinary tract into the at least one lumen of the percutaneous urinary catheter for removal of the fluid from the urinary tract.

An aspiration system for aspirating blood clots from a human body has a power source, an aspiration pump, and an electrical motor coupled to the power source and the aspiration pump, wherein the aspiration pump is pulsed at a frequency below 10 Hz.
Split dilator aspiration system
A split dilator aspiration system is disclosed. The system includes a catheter, having an elongate, flexible tubular body with a proximal end, a distal end, a side wall defining a central lumen, and a handle on the proximal end. A dilator is advanceable through the central lumen, the dilator having an elongate body, cannulated to receive a guidewire, and an axially extending split along at least a portion of the elongate body, configured to allow removal of a portion of the dilator laterally from the guidewire.
Catheter Assembly for Blood Clots Removal
An endovascular catheter has an elongate catheter body having a distal portion, a proximal portion, a transition portion and a central lumen extending longitudinally through the catheter body, with the distal portion having a larger central lumen than the proximal portion. A guidewire tube extends through a hole in the transition portion from the proximal end of the distal portion through the central lumen of the distal portion to the distal end of the distal portion.

PORTABLE WOUND THERAPY SYSTEM
A portable system for subatmospheric pressure therapy in connection with healing a surgical wound, includes a wound dressing dimensioned for positioning relative to a wound bed of a subject, a portable subatmospheric pressure mechanism dimensioned to be carried or worn by the subject and a container for collecting exudates from the wound bed removed under the subatmospheric pressure supplied by the subatmospheric pressure mechanism. The portable subatmospheric pressure mechanism includes a housing, a subatmospheric pressure source disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the wound dressing to supply subatmospheric pressure to the wound dressing and a power source mounted to or within the housing for supplying power to actuate the subatmospheric pressure source.
Blood clot removal device, system, and method
A blood clot removal device for removing blood clots from the vascular system of a patient is implantable in the patient's body. The blood clot removal device comprises a blood flow passageway to be connected to the patient's vascular system to allow circulation of the patient's blood through the blood flow passageway, a filter provided in the blood flow passageway for collecting blood clots occurring in the blood flowing through the blood flow passageway, and a cleaning device for moving blood clots collected by the filter out of the blood flow passageway. By means of such blood clot removal device, the risk of blood clots reaching sensitive areas of the patient's body, such as the brain, is reduced.
Light therapy apparatus
A light therapy apparatus includes a pad comprising at least a first layer and a second layer and a side scattering light guide mounted between the first layer and the second layer and having a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end extend in parallel with each other externally from the pad, the side scattering light guide extends from at least one of the first end or the second end in a sinusoidal shape or an inward extending circular spiral between the first layer and the second layer, and at least one of the first layer or the second layer is translucent.
