Milk filtration devices and methods for filtering
A method of cleaning mother's milk, involving ex vivo contacting mother's milk having an initial concentration of an antidepressant therein with a solid substrate (preferably a porous substrate) adapted to remove the antidepressant from the milk to produce a cleansed milk product having a reduced concentration of the antidepressant.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR PREPARATION OF ADIPOSE-DERIVED STEM CELLS
A device that allows for either fat graft preparation or cell fraction harvest is disclosed. The device includes a first centrifuge tube configured to receive and process a biological substance, the first centrifuge tube comprising an upper cylindrical portion and a lower conical portion, a sterile tissue inlet fitting, at least one sterile processing fluid inlet fitting, a sterile suction fitting, and at least one sterile extraction port connected to a first extraction tube. The first centrifuge tube further includes an internal space including a screen being positioned therein, the screen being configured to divide the internal space in half, and a filter positioned therein, the filter being positioned below the screen in the lower conical portion of the first centrifuge tube. The device may further include a second centrifuge tube configured to receive and further process the biological substance from the first centrifuge tube. The second centrifuge tube has at least one sterile fitting, wherein the second centrifuge tube is releasably connected via the at least one sterile fitting to one of the at least one sterile extraction ports of the first centrifuge tube.
Systems, Methods, and Devices for Removing Analyte Particles from Biological Fluid Samples
Filtering systems, methods, and devices, particularly adapted for concentrating and harvesting neoplastic cells in pancreatic juices.
Multi-Orientation Fluid Management
Apparatuses for multi-orientation fluid management are described. In some example embodiments, an apparatus for managing fluids and manifolding material. The fluid acquisition and manifolding material can provide a shell or envelope for capturing the fluid and distributing it to the absorbent core for storage. The manifolding material can distribute fluid as the absorbent core swells. The apparatus may additionally include an exudate container providing a casing for the absorbent core and the fluid acquisition and manifolding layers.
SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CONTINUAL DRAINAGE IN NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND THERAPY
A system for subatmospheric pressure therapy in connection with healing a wound is provided. The system includes a wound dressing cover dimensioned for positioning relative to a wound bed of a subject to establish a reservoir over the wound bed in which subatmospheric pressure may be maintained, a subatmospheric pressure mechanism including, a housing, a vacuum source disposed in the housing, and a collection canister in fluid communication with the vacuum source. The system further includes an exudate conduit in fluid communication with the wound dressing and the collection canister for collecting exudate removed from the reservoir and deposited in the collection canister under influence of the vacuum source and a vent conduit in fluid communication with the collection canister and the wound dressing for introducing air into the reservoir to facilitate flow of exudate through the exudate conduit.
BONE DUST COLLECTOR DEVICE
A bone tissue collection device is provided with an exterior collection container and a porous interior filter container. The device includes a lid having an upper face and is configured to releaseably seal the exterior collection container and interior filter container. A suction inlet tube and a suction outlet tube are operably coupled to the lid and angled from the upper face of the lid.
WOUND MANAGEMENT ASSEMBLY AND NEGATIVE PRESSURE WOUND THERAPY SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a wound management assembly. The wound management assembly comprises a housing and an exudate collector received in the housing. A gap is defined between the housing and the exudate collector to form a channel for fluid passage, wherein the fluid passes into and through the exudate collector and radially enters the channel.

ADIPOSE TISSUE SEPARATION DEVICE AND METHODS
A tissue separating device (100) is provided. The tissue separating device (100) includes a canister device (20) including a canister body (21) defining a volume. A tissue retrieval port (36) can be arranged on the canister device (20) and is capable of being arranged in fluid communication with a harvesting device (300) for directing a fatty liposuction aspirate into the volume of the canister device (20). An adjustable height filtration mesh assembly (50) can be arranged within the canister body (21) and can include a filtering mesh (62). A tissue harvesting port (24) can be arranged in the sidewall of the canister body (21) and can be capable of being arranged in communication with a collection device (400) to allow the tissue harvesting port (24) to atraumatically receive a filtered pure fat collected on the filtering mesh (62). The filtration mesh assembly (50) can be movably arranged within the canister body (21) such that the filtering mesh (62) is adjustable with respect to the tissue harvesting port (24).
Portable device with disposable reservoir for collection of internal fluid after surgery from a plurality of sites simultaneously
A system, method, and apparatus for the collection of surgical/wound fluid from a subject patient with the capability of simultaneous fluid removal from a plurality of such wounds and/or wound through the utilization of a single pump device worn by such a patient. Such a system, method, and apparatus allow for such a single pump device to collect surgical/wound fluid within a single site collection component attached to or associated with such a single pump device. Multiple fluid transfer lines may be incorporated with the single pump device leading to such plurality of wounds and/or wound sites for greater versatility and comfort for the subject patient, as well as cleaner removal capabilities than in the standard apparatus systems and method currently undertaken within the industry.
