Replaceable blade piece and blade piece holder of a working cylinder of a screen crusher
The invention relates to a replaceable blade piece of a working cylinder of a screen crusher. A blade piecehas a frame portion and a blade portion, the longitudinally opposite front surfaces of which form work surfaces. The frame portion has a through hole extending in the longitudinal direction of the blade portion. A channel-like section is formed on opposite sides of the frame portion containing the hole and extends in the vertical direction of a frame portion, between the edge areas of the side with the hole. The invention further relates to a replaceable blade piece holder having a U-shaped frame portion including arm portions, through which extends a longitudinal hole of the frame portion, and a bottom portion. On the opposite surfaces of the arm portions, onto their middle area is formed a bulge, which extends in the vertical direction of the arm portion.

The cutter bit may also include a plurality of circumferentially-spaced ribs projecting radially outwardly from an outer peripheral surface of at least one of the leading end, conical-shaped tip portion, the rearward, frustoconical-shaped tip portion, or the frustoconical-shaped body portion.
Reclaiming drum having interchangeable rectangular and V-shaped paddles
A paddle for a reclaiming drum may include a block of material configured for attachment to a leading edge of a flighting supporting a cutting bit on the reclaiming drum, and the block of material may assist in breaking up and mixing material removed from a surface by the cutting bit as the reclaiming drum is rotated and moved into the surface. The paddle may include two ear portions protruding from opposite sides of a flat, centrally-located, aft-facing surface of the block of material, each of the ear portions including an inwardly-facing chamfered surface configured to interface with an outwardly-facing, leading edge chamfered surface of the flighting such that a gap is maintained between a flat leading edge surface of the flighting located in between the outwardly-facing chamfered surfaces and the flat, centrally-located, aft-facing surface of the block of material when the block of material is attached to the flighting.
TOOL AND DEVICE FOR REMOVAL OF MATERIAL ON SURFACES
The invention proposes a tool and device, with the aid of which it is possible to remove the surface of walls, ceilings and floors also in the corners of contaminated interiors.
Brick/block laying machine incorporated in a vehicle
A self-contained truck-mounted brick laying machine (2) is described. A truck (1) supports the brick laying machine (2) which is mounted on a frame (3) on the truck chassis. The frame (3) supports packs or pallets of bricks (52, 53) placed on a platform (51). A transfer robot can then pick up an individual brick and move it to, or between either a saw (46) or a router (47) or a carousel (48). The carousel is located coaxially with a tower (10), at the base of the tower (10). The carousel (48) transfers the brick via the tower (10) to an articulated (folding about horizontal axis (16)) telescoping boom comprising first boom element in the form of telescopic boom (12, 14) and second boom element in the form of telescopic stick (15, 17, 18, 19, 20). The bricks are moved along the folding telescoping boom by linearly moving shuttles, to reach a brick laying and adhesive applying head (32). The brick laying and adhesive applying head (32) mounts to element (20) of the stick, about an axis (33) which is disposed horizontally. The poise of the brick laying and adhesive applying head (32) about the axis (33) is adjusted and is set in use so that the base (811) of a clevis (813) of the robotic arm (36) mounts about a horizontal axis, and the tracker component (130) is disposed uppermost on the brick laying and adhesive applying head (32). The brick laying and adhesive applying head (32) applies adhesive to the brick and has a robot that lays the brick. Vision and laser scanning and tracking systems are provided to allow the measurement of as-built slabs, bricks, the monitoring and adjustment of the process and the monitoring of safety zones. The first, or any course of bricks can have the bricks pre machined by the router module (47) so that the top of the course is level once laid.
Bore wear compensating retainer and washer
A bit and/or pick that includes a collapsible slotted retainer and a non-rotating washer. The bit includes an upper body portion and a shank. The collapsible slotted retainer and the washer are disposed circumferentially about the shank of the bit. The washer is also disposed between a bottom of the upper body portion of the bit and a forward end of the retainer. The bit is inserted into a bore of a bit holder or a base block and the washer axially aligns the bit and the bit bolder or base block along a centerline to self-center the bit in the bore. As the bore becomes worn during use, the washer engages the forward end of the retainer and urges the washer away from a front face of the bit holder or base block, to collapse the retainer and increase a diameter of the retainer to approximately match a diameter of a bore of the bit holder or base block and restore the interference fit with the bore.
Cutting tool holding device
A cutting tool holding device, which is for holding a cutting tool, includes a base, a holder, and a limiting set, wherein the holder is disposed on the base, and the limiting set is disposed in a non-circular channel of the base. A connecting shaft portion of the holder is for inserting into a storage hole of the base, wherein the connecting shaft portion includes a shaft body and at least one positioning portion, and the non-circular channel includes an abutting member and a bolt. The bolt is passed through the abutting member, wherein the abutting member is moved to an opening hole of the storage hole along an axis by rotating the bolt so as to push the positioning portion and abut the shaft body.
Bit holder (pick) with shortened shank and angular differential between the shank and base block bore
Improvements in previous bit assembly components including shortened slotted shanks and shortened base block bore receiving portions disclose relationships between shank differential interference portions and the corresponding base block bores. Changes in the differences in interference angles lead to changes in slot width, length and steel hardnesses in order to provide necessary retaining forces between the shank and base block bore.
TAPERED CUTTER BIT AND MOUNTING BLOCK FOR THE SAME
A cutter bit adapted to be fixed onto a working surface of a rotating drum of a milling, planing, mining or reclaiming machine is provided. The body of the cutter bit is generally formed of a hardened steel, the cutting surface may be a diamond composition fixed in a step in the upper end of the cutter bit. The cutter bit includes a cutting surface, and the cutting surface may include non-parallel side edges and an upper cutting edge parallel to a lower edge. The lower edge may be any length sufficient to inhibit unintended angular displacement of the cutting surface during operation of the working surface. Alternatively or in addition, the cutting surface may be defined by three edges to allow the cutting surface to be removed and repositioned in at least a second orientation.
BLOCK POSITIONING TOOL
A tool for positioning a block on a milling drum having a plurality of welded blocks thereon is provided. The tool includes a longitudinal body. The tool also includes a plurality of arm members extending from the longitudinal body. Each of the plurality of arm members includes a fixture body provided at a distal end thereof. The tool further includes a plurality of fixture assemblies coupled to the fixture body of the corresponding arm member. The plurality of fixture assemblies are adapted to be coupled with corresponding welded blocks of the plurality of welded blocks. Further, at least one of the plurality of arm members and the corresponding fixture assembly coupled to the at least one of the plurality of arm members are adapted to position the block at a desired position on the milling drum relative to the plurality of welded blocks.
