Computer aided design for brick and block constructions and control software to control a machine to construct a building
Computer aided design software for designing a building or other structure of brick construction, where in addition to the usual three dimensional modelling and rendering typical of CAD software, tabular data describing the spatial location and orientation of each brick is provided, including information regarding which bricks are cut to length so as to be shortened, and where they are located along each course, and which bricks are machined, drilled or routed for services or other special fittings. Data pertaining to this is compiled in a database for access by control software to control a brick laying machine to build a building or other structure from bricks. The database may receive via interface with a scanner data being a measure of the elevation of the footings and/or concrete pad that has been constructed according to the building plan and for each brick of the first course, to determine how much material must be machined off the bottom of each brick so that when the first course is laid, the tops of the bricks of the first course are at the same level. This machining data is stored for each brick with the tabular data produced by computer aided design software, so that the control software can control the brick laying machine to machine and cut each brick as per the stored data, and convey each brick to the stored position on the footing, pad or previously laid course of bricks, with application of adhesive prior to positioning of the brick.
RECLAIMING DRUM HAVING INTERCHANGEABLE RECTANGULAR AND V-SHAPED PADDLES
A paddle for a reclaiming drum may include a block of material configured for attachment to a leading edge of a flighting supporting a cutting bit on the reclaiming drum, and the block of material may assist in breaking up and mixing material removed from a surface by the cutting bit as the reclaiming drum is rotated and moved into the surface. The paddle may include two ear portions protruding from opposite sides of a flat, centrally-located, aft-facing surface of the block of material, each of the ear portions including an inwardly-facing chamfered surface configured to interface with an outwardly-facing, leading edge chamfered surface of the flighting such that a gap is maintained between a flat leading edge surface of the flighting located in between the outwardly-facing chamfered surfaces and the flat, centrally-located, aft-facing surface of the block of material when the block of material is attached to the flighting.
Chisel holder
The invention relates to a bit holder for an earth working machine, in particular a surface miner, a road milling machine, or the like, having a holding projection that comprises a bit receptacle and/or carries a cutting element. In order to improve the operating reliability of an earth working machine, provision is made according to the present invention that the holding projection has, behind the cutting element or behind a receiving region of the bit receptacle in the tool advance direction, a wear protection element having a hard-material element in order to provide an emergency-mode property.
Knife holder and base system for milling machine
The present invention discloses a knife holder and base system for milling machine. The knife holder and base system comprises a knife holder provided with a fixed part and a base provided with an inner hole; and the fixed part penetrates the inner hole and is matched with a thread in the fixed part through a bolt to be used, so that the knife holder is fixedly connected with the base. According to the knife holder and base system for the milling machine, after the knife holder of the system structure is inserted in the base, more than two V-shaped faying surfaces and the V-shaped supporting surface serve as transition, the knife holder and the base are tensioned through the tensioning bolt, so that the knife holder and base system is of an integrated structure, and the cutting stress of a knife is transmitted into the base better through the knife holder.
ASPHALT MILLING CUTTER ARRANGEMENTS
The present disclosure relates to grinders in the form of a planer or drum grinder for milling surfaces such as asphalt or concrete. The planer has a multiplicity of cutters oriented in selected arrangements. It is described in the context of a representative system that is added to prime movers, such as skid-steer loaders.
Tool adapter for a rotary tool
A tool adapter comprises a body including at least one elongated portion defining a longitudinal axis, a first end and a second end disposed along the longitudinal axis, a flange disposed between the first and second ends along the longitudinal axis, and an exterior surface extending along the longitudinal axis, and a collar portion defining a collar outer surface and the body defines a first groove disposed adjacent the first end extending along the longitudinal axis on the outer collar surface along the majority of the longitudinal length of the collar portion.
System for securing an anchor in a mineral substrate
The invention relates to a system for securing an anchor in a borehole in a mineral substrate, in particular concrete, mortar, or brickwork, comprising an anchor with a core section and a threaded section and comprising a furrowing tool for furrowing an internal thread in the borehole, said furrowing tool comprising the following: a main part with a leading end and a trailing end, wherein a force is applied via which a torque can be transmitted to the main part in order to rotate the furrowing tool (10) into the borehole and furrow the thread, and the main part has an outer surface equipped with a furrowing thread which is suitable for furrowing the internal thread into the wall of the borehole. The furrowing tool has a drive element on the leading end of the furrowing tool, said drive element being suitable for interacting with an application of force to the anchor or a part thereof which is to be screwed into the borehole machined by the furrowing tool.
Chisel
The invention relates to a chisel (10) having a chisel head (11) and a chisel shaft (17), wherein near its end facing away from the chisel head the chisel shaft has a threaded portion having a thread (19), wherein the chisel head holds a chisel tip (20) made of a hard material, and wherein near the side facing the chisel shaft the chisel head is provided with a supporting surface (15). Especially when superhard hard materials are used for the chisel tip, a load-optimized chisel design is obtained by a domed supporting surface (15).
Cutting tool
A cutting tool is provided. The cutting tool comprises a tip, a body and a shank. The tip has a tip radius and a tip length. The body has a body radius and a body length between the shank and a recess portion along a longitudinal axis of the body. The recess portion comprises a wall which forms a recess with a depth into the body for retaining a major part of the tip length within the recess. The body radius at half the depth of the recess does not exceed two tip radiuses. The tip is made of a hard metal alloy with a hardness of at least 1300 HV50 and the body is made of a steel alloy with a hardness of at least 450 HV30.
CUTTING TOOL HOLDING DEVICE
A cutting tool holding device, which is for holding a cutting tool, includes a base, a holder, and a limiting set, wherein the holder is disposed on the base, and the limiting set is disposed in a non-circular channel of the base. A connecting shaft portion of the holder is for inserting into a storage hole of the base, wherein the connecting shaft portion includes a shaft body and at least one positioning portion, and the non-circular channel includes an abutting member and a bolt. The bolt is passed through the abutting member, wherein the abutting member is moved to an opening hole of the storage hole along an axis by rotating the bolt so as to push the positioning portion and abut the shaft body.
