Frame for an electric apparatus for cutting ceramic elements
Frame for an electric apparatus for cutting ceramic elements preferably manufactured by a drawing and punching process starting from a metallic plate, being the frame a unique and continuous part in which one or more lined up going through grooves are arranged along which the cutting disc is movable to carry out the cutting of the ceramic tiles, having one or more bulgings directed in a convex form towards the interior part of the frame, being arranged in each of them a first orifice for draining out the water for cooling the cutting disc, second and third bulgings of the metallic plate being aimed at attachment means and abutment means for foldable legs and first bulgings for joining of the guide supporting and leading the cutting disc.
Sheet glass, method for manufacturing sheet glass, and device for manufacturing sheet glass
A method of manufacturing a glass sheet involves forming a scribe in one surface of a glass sheet having a rectangular shape on a periphery of an edge portion of the glass sheet in parallel to the edge portion, and cutting the glass sheet along the scribe as a boundary. The method includes forming the scribe in a region other than both end portions of the glass sheet in a direction along the edge portion; and cutting the glass sheet along a bending portion in which the glass sheet is locally bent, the bending portion being continuously formed in a state of being connected to the scribe and gradually protruding from an edge portion side to an inner side as being shifted away from the scribe.
TOOLHOLDER GUIDE SYSTEM IN MANUAL CERAMIC CUTTERS
A toolholder guide system in manual ceramic cutters, including parallel guides for the longitudinal movement of a toolholder that has a handle for the actuation thereof and carries a cutting tool for scoring a ceramic part. The guides are formed by a profile, for example made of aluminium, each guide having upper and lower steel rods, disposed longitudinally, forming races for bearing carriages disposed on the sides of the toolholder. Each bearing carriage has two end bearings disposed at the same height and at least one intermediate bearing disposed at a lower height than the two end bearings.
BASE FOR MANUAL CERAMIC CUTTERS
A base for manual ceramic cutters, which is provided with a support surface for the ceramic parts to be cut, the base including a rigid profile in the central longitudinal area, which rigid profile is secured to the supports of longitudinal displacement guides for a tool-holder head; and two lateral platforms mounted on the rigid profile by longitudinal shafts, which lateral platforms can be lowered between a horizontal use position, in which they form a support surface for the ceramic parts to be cut, and an inoperative position, in which the base defines a smaller surface area.
SET SQUARE FOR MANUAL CERAMIC CUTTER
A set square for manual ceramic cutters, including a ruler intended to be rotatably mounted and secured to a base of a manual ceramic cutter, defining various angles; a stop that is mounted on the ruler and can be moved longitudinally; and a tightening element for securing to the ruler. The cross-section of the ruler includes two oblique planes that converge towards an intermediate surface provided with a longitudinal recess having a generally T-shaped cross section, for mounting the tightening element. The lateral stop includes two oblique planes facing the ruler and having the same slope as the oblique planes of the ruler, and which converge towards an intermediate surface that has an opening to mount the tightening element.
REMOVABLE RULER FOR MANUAL CERAMIC CUTTERS
A removable ruler for manual ceramic cutters which can be rotatably mounted on the base of a manual ceramic cutter and which includes a rotary platform permanently secured to the base of the cutter by a rotary shaft; and two removable lateral extensions. The platform includes securing means for the rapid coupling and subsequent uncoupling of the lateral extensions.
CUTTER HEAD AND CUTTING DEVICE
A cutter head includes: a support platform; a double curved surface member mounted on the support platform and having a first curved surface and a second curved surface; a cutter wheel support member and a roller wheel support member moveably mounted on the support platform, respectively; a cutter wheel and a roller wheel mounted on the cutter wheel support member and the roller wheel support member, respectively; a first transmission mechanism mounted on the support platform, configured to be mated with the first curved surface, and connected to the cutter wheel support member, so as to transmit a movement of the double curved surface member to the cutter wheel; and a second transmission mechanism mounted on the support platform, configured to be mated with the second curved surface, and connected to the roller wheel support member, so as to transmit a movement of the double curved surface member to the roller wheel. The cutter head has a compact structure, and it improves the levelness of the cutter wheel and the roller wheel, and increases the mechanical precision.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR CUTTING
Cutting apparatuses and methods of use thereof are discussed. For example, the cutting apparatus may include a chassis with one or more substrate interfaces and a scribe guide. The cutting apparatuses also may include a plurality of support pistons, a deformable support, a locking mechanism, and/or an anchor extension. The support pistons may be adjustable to generally conform to a substrate, such as a non-planar substrate.
Levering mechanism for a ceramic cutter device
A levering mechanism for a ceramic cutter device includes a main body assembly and an actuator element. The main body assembly includes a first and a second body structure, both being pivotably connected to each other by a first articulation, so that a first and a second pivoting end positions are defined. The actuator element is pivotably connected to the first body structure and includes a curvilinear base in contact with a contact pivot shaft transversally arranged on the second body structure, the curvilinear base defining a first and a second leverage positions. The levering structure is configured such that when the first body structure is pivoted from the first to the second pivoting end position, the pivoting movement of the first body structure causes the actuator element to move from the first leverage position to the second leverage position.
HOLDER FOR TILE CUTTER
This disclosure describes systems, devices, apparatuses, kits, and methods associated with a holder, such as a holder for use with a tile cutting device. In some implementations, holder is configured to be coupled to the tile cutting device. In some implementations, the holder may include or be formed of a polyurethane (PU) material with excellent resiliency enables clean cutting of various types of tiles. In some implementations, the holder is configured to receive a force during splitting of a tile and to distribute the received force to reduce chipping of the tile.
