Self-adjusting device for cutting head for monoguide cutters
A cutting head for monoguide cutters, with a self-adjusting device is provided. The self-adjusting device can include sets of bearings that comprise fixed bearings (31, 32) and an adjustable bearing (33) that act on races (11, 12) of a monoguide profile disposed on different planes. Each adjustable bearing (33) is mounted on a rocker arm (4) with a first end (41) rotatably mounted on a shaft (5) fixed to the cutting head (2), and with a second end (42) that presses against an elastic element (6) situated between the second end (42) of the rocker arm (4) and the case of the cutting head (2), the elastic element (6) determines the pressure of the bearings (31, 32, 33) against the races (11, 12) of the monoguide profile (1).
Masonry Tool
An apparatus for trimming stone and brick is disclosed. The apparatus is comprised of flat sections which radiate from a central axis. Each of the flat sections has two cutting edges, for a total six cutting edges.
In use, the apparatus is placed onto a supportive platform so two of the flat sections contact the platform, while the third extends up and is an apical striking platform. The mason holds a stone or brick so it rests on one of the cutting edges of the apical striking platform and strikes the top face of the stone or brick with a hammer, approximately over where the stone or brick contacts the edge of the trimmer.
In addition to providing a cutting surface, the subject matter of this application reduces errant vibration caused by the striking which can result in irregular cutting.
Portable tile cutter
A portable tile cutter includes a main unit having a base frame and a guard connected to the base frame, a cutter blade pivotally mounted at the guard, a driving unit connected to the guard and operable to rotate the cutter blade, a first handle connected to the driving unit, and a second handle connected to the guard and providing a grip. The component parts of the portable tile cutter are so arranged that moving one or both the driving unit and the second handle can achieve adjustment of the gap between the first handle and the grip of the second handle. Thus, the portable tile cutter can fit different users having different body sizes.
SELF-ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR CUTTING HEAD FOR MONOGUIDE CUTTERS
The invention relates to a cutting head (2) that includes sets of bearings comprising fixed bearings (31, 32) and an adjustable bearing (33) that act on races (11, 12) of a monoguide profile disposed on different planes. Each adjustable bearing (33) is mounted on a rocker (4) having a first end (41) rotatably mounted on a shaft (5) fixed to the cutting head (2), and a second end (42) that presses against an elastic element (6) situated between the second end (42) of the rocker (4) and the case of the cutting head (2), the elastic element (6) determining the pressure of the bearings (31, 32, 33) against the races (11, 12) of the monoguide profile (1).
CUTTING SYSTEM FOR SLABS
A cutting system (10; 10; 10) for slabs (50) which comprises: a longitudinal guide (20; 20; 20) comprising a pair of surfaces (23,24; 23,24; 23,24) opposite to each other, of which a lower surface (24; 24; 24) and an opposite upper surface (23; 23; 23); a suction cup (41; 41; 41) coupled to the lower surface (24; 24; 24) of the longitudinal guide (20; 20; 20) suitable to selectively adhere to a slab (50) and defining a contact surface of the longitudinal guide (20; 20; 20) on the slab (50); the longitudinal guide further comprising a pair of rails (231; 231; 231) parallel to each other coupled to the upper surface (23; 23; 23) of the longitudinal guide (20; 20; 20) and suitable for slidably coupling to a scoring slider (30; 30; 30). The rails (231; 231; 231) are arranged on opposite sides with respect to a median plane (A-A) of the suction cup (41; 41; 41) perpendicular to the contact surface thereof.
CUTTING AND SEPARATING DEVICE APPLICABLE TO MANUAL CERAMIC CUTTERS
The invention relates to a cutting and separating device applicable to manual ceramic cutters, comprising: a carriage; a collapsible handle with a cutting tool; a toothed part comprising a separator for separating ceramic parts; springs for holding the toothed part in an inoperative position as well as a toothed actuator in an engaged position with the toothed part; and a manual trigger element for disengaging the toothed actuator. The rotation of the handle past a pre-determined angle causes the engagement of the toothed actuator in the toothed part; the descending rotation causes the toothed actuator to rotate the toothed part until an operative position of the separator is reached; and the actuation of the trigger element causes the release of the toothed part and the return thereof to the inoperative position.
Portable cutting machine
A portable cutting machine is provided. The portable cutting machine comprises: a cutting portion including a disc-shaped cutting blade that cuts an object to be cut by rotating, and a first rotation axis that serves as a rotation center of the cutting blade; a drive portion including a drive source and a second rotation axis rotating by drive of the drive source; a transmission portion including a first pulley fixed to the first rotation axis, a second pulley fixed to the second rotation axis, and a belt looped around the first pulley and the second pulley, and configured to transmit a rotational force by the drive portion to the cutting portion; and a case including a storage space for storing the transmission portion and at least one communication portion that connect to the storage space and open to outside.
ADJUSTABLE TILE NIPPER
A tile nipper is provided that includes a first member rotatably coupled to a second member. The first cutting edge includes a first cutting edge and the second member includes a second cutting edge. The tile nipper further include an adjustment mechanism configured to adjust a distance between the first cutting edge and the second cutting edge. The adjustment mechanism includes a first component and a second component coupled to the first component. The second component is biased away from the first or second member, and adjusting the first component while forcing the second component towards the first or second member adjusts the distance between the first and second cutting edges.
Working machine
A working machine may include: an output shaft; a rotary blade attached to the output shaft; a prime mover configured to rotate the output shaft; a housing that houses the prime mover and rotatably supports the output shaft; and a blade cover attached to the housing. The sidewall of the blade cover may include a first stopper and a second stopper. The facing portion of the housing may include a first stopper receiver and a second stopper receiver. When the blade cover is pivoted in a first pivot direction of the blade cover, the first stopper may contact the first stopper receiver. When the blade cover is further pivoted in the first pivot direction from a state where the first stopper is in contact with the first stopper receiver, the second stopper may contact the second stopper receiver.
