Tile Cutting Hand Tool
A tile cutting hand tool. The tile cutting hand tool includes a trapezoidal planar base. The planar base has a guide bar attached thereto by a first guide bar connector and a second guide bar connector. The guide bar has a slidable scoring device placed thereon. The slidable scoring device has a handle and a scoring blade. The scoring blade is capable of scoring tile. The planar base has a plurality of base supports located on a bottom side of the planar base. The base supports allow the base to be extendable. The planar base has a ruler placed thereon. The ruler is placed perpendicular to the guide bar.
Removable ruler for manual ceramic cutters
A removable ruler for manual ceramic cutters which can be rotatably mounted on the base of a manual ceramic cutter and which includes a rotary platform permanently secured to the base of the cutter by a rotary shaft; and two removable lateral extensions. The platform includes securing means for the rapid coupling and subsequent uncoupling of the lateral extensions.
MATERIAL LOADING APPARATUS
A material loading apparatus includes a movable material support surface that is pivotally mounted to the frame. The loading apparatus also includes a first link that extends between the support surface and the frame and is pivotally connected to the support surface at a first end of the first link and pivotally connected to the frame at a second end of the first link. The loading apparatus also includes a second link that extends between the support surface and the frame and is pivotally connected to the support surface at a first end of the second link and pivotally connected to the frame at a second end of the second link. The loading apparatus also includes an actuator that is pivotally connected to the frame and configured to move the support surface between a generally horizontal position and a generally vertical position.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MOVING PAIRS OF WORKPIECES HAVING A ROUGH FACE AND AN OPPOSITE FINISHED FACE
An apparatus includes a piece-supporting plane to support one or more worked pieces, and first and second gripping devices, respectively defining first and second gripping planes of a worked piece. The apparatus moves the first and the second gripping devices among: a picking position wherein the first or the second gripping device is configured to pick up a worked piece laid on the piece-supporting plane; an exchange position wherein the first gripping device and the second gripping device are mutually oriented such that the first and the second gripping planes of the worked piece are facing each other to allow transferring the worked piece from the first gripping device to the second gripping device, or vice versa; and a laying position, wherein the second gripping device or the first gripping device is configured to release the worked piece being transferred in the exchange position in a piece storage area.
Spectacle lens processing device and non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-readable instructions
A spectacle lens processing device includes a drilling tool and a processor. The processor acquires a position of a hole formed in a lens and a pantoscopic angle. The pantoscopic angle is an angle in a vertical plane between a visual axis of a user and an optical axis of the lens when the user wears spectacles in which the lens after processing is mounted and faces forward. The processor determines, based on the acquired pantoscopic angle, a relative angle between the drilling tool and the lens when the hole is formed in the lens in the position of the hole.
Masonry corner jig
An a masonry corner jig includes a main elongate body including first and second portions extending from a midpoint, the main elongate body forming a plurality of apertures extending a length of the main elongate body at the midpoint; first and second legs; first and second L-shaped plates each defining a central leg bracket; an adjustable grade stake; a metal plate defining a base; first and second legs each including a leg hinge, a leg rod, an adjusting rod, the adjusting rod forming hole through the center of the adjusting rod, an adjusting pin that is sized and configured for engaged passage through the hole of the adjusting rod, a cylinder defining an ankle rod, and a foot plate that is sized and configured for attachment to the first end of the ankle rod.
