THERMOPLASTIC STARCH AND STARCH-BASED BIODEGRADABLE FILM
A multi-stage modified thermoplastic starch (TPS) masterbatch is obtained by four-stage modification treatment as follows: (i) 100 parts of starch with a moisture content of 15% to 30% are added to a high-speed mixer and stirred under room temperature; (ii) Heated to 50° C. to 70° C., polybutadiene (PB), plasticizer and a chemical modifier are added. The mixture is then stirred a second time; (iii) Heated to 75° C. to 95° C., tackifier, lubricant, filler and chain extender are added. The mixture is again stirred a third time. (iv) A biodegradable resin is added at this temperature, and the resulting mixture is stirred a fourth time. After the stirring is completed, the resulting mixture is incubated at this temperature for a predetermined time, and then added to a twin-screw extruder for melt extrusion. The present invention also discloses a preparation method and use.

The present invention provides a method for producing a golf ball, comprising a first step of kneading (a) a base rubber, (b) an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and/or a metal salt thereof as a co-crosslinking agent, (c) a crosslinkable compound having two or more polymerizable unsaturated bonds in a molecule thereof, and (d) a crosslinking initiator to prepare a core rubber composition; a second step of producing the spherical core from the core rubber composition at a molding temperature in a range from 100° C. to 150° C.; and a third step of molding the at least one cover layer covering the spherical core on the spherical core.
Method for preparing superabsorbent polymer
A method for preparing a superabsorbent polymer, and more particularly, a method for preparing a superabsorbent polymer in which it is possible to stably operate a process for preparing a fine powder reassembly while maintaining assembly strength of the fine powder reassembly, wherein a refined ratio is reducible, and an initial absorption speed of the superabsorbent polymer is improved, by adjusting a stirring speed and divisionally adding water to a fine powder in a process for the preparation of the fine powder reassembly, is provided.
Method for preparing bio-based composite using palm biomass powder as raw material
A method for preparing a bio-based composite using palm biomass powder as raw material, which belongs to the technical field of preparation methods for bio-based composites. During palm micropowder washing, 100 parts by weight of 600-1,200 mesh palm micropowder is placed in a reactor, and 400-500 parts by weight of acetone is added to the reactor in a 1:4 or 1:5 bath ratio; during surface treatment of palm micropowder, the reaction system after solvent displacement is heated to 80-100° C., and distillate is dehydrated with a 3A molecular sieve and then refluxed to a reactor; bio-based resin is compounded and extruded. At least one embodiment of the present invention solves the problem that use of palm as a biomass raw material leads to impurity migration and insufficient product performance due to high small oily molecule content.
