A method for obtaining mechanically recoverable recycled material from multilayer PET (polyethylene terephthalate) containers of post-consumer and/or post-industrial origin involves cleaning the containers, crushing them into pieces, mixing the pieces with a compatibilizing mixture and melting the mixed product to obtain a continuous filament. The compatibilising mixture is formed by at least: 10-45% thermoplastic polyolefin matrix; a reagent of plant origin in a percentage of less than 7.5% of the total mixture; and a rosin-based tackifier in a percentage of less than 7.5% of the total mixture.

Methods for recycling plastic Nylon 6,6 from vacuum bags to obtain filaments or powder for 3D printing processes. The method to obtain filaments includes a step of providing used Nylon 6,6 vacuum bags, a quality control step to check the status of the used vacuum bags, a step to form smaller parts, such as smaller pieces or pellets, from the used vacuum bags, quality control step to check the status of the smaller pieces or the pellets, an extrusion step wherein the smaller pieces or the pellets are introduced into an extruder, where they are melted, and the molten mixture is cooled and expelled through the die of the extruder to produce the recycled filaments, and a winding step wherein the recycled filaments that go out of the extruder are rolled up in coils.
POLYAMIDE COMPOSITION PREPARED FROM A POWDER OF POLYAMIDES TO BE RECYCLED
The application relates to a method for preparing a polyamide composition, which comprises the steps of: a) providing a mixture comprising a virgin polyamide vPA and a polyamide to be recycled rPA in the form of an untransformed powder resulting from additive manufacturing by sintering or from a coating method by powdering or by electrostatic spraying, or powder obtained by grinding a polyamide-based part of an object to be recycled; b) kneading the mixture in the molten state, as a result of which a polyamide composition is obtained; and c) recovering the polyamide composition.
The invention also relates to the polyamide composition obtained and to the uses thereof for preparing articles by extrusion, injection or overmoulding.
