The processes include: introducing a curable composition to a mixhead at a first elevated pressure, the curable composition comprising a first polymeric component and a second polymeric component, the introducing of the curable composition to the mixhead comprising mixing the first and second polymeric components by impingement to form an intermediate composition; introducing the intermediate composition to a secondary mixer, the introducing of the intermediate composition to the secondary mixer comprising mixing the intermediate composition to form a coating composition; and introducing the coating composition into a mold containing a substrate to form a curable coating on a surface of the substrate.

The riser pin feature can be located in an opposite hemisphere of the bowling ball from a hemisphere including the true center of gravity and a marked heavy spot of the bowling ball and can be arranged within about 1 inch of an end of the Low Radius of Gyration Axis of the bowling ball.

A laminated gasket (13) to be used for a medical syringe is provided, which includes a main body (14) made of an elastic material, and a film (15) provided on a surface of the main body (14). The gasket (13) has a circumferential surface portion (17) to be brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface (16) of a syringe barrel (11) of the syringe. The gasket (13) further includes a projection (22) provided on a surface portion of the film (15) present in the circumferential surface portion (17) as extending circumferentially of the gasket. The projection (22) has a height of not less than 15 m and not greater than 55 m and a width of not less than 30 m and not greater than 75 m. With this arrangement, the laminated gasket is excellent in sealability.

Provided is a method for applying pressure to a coating material and a fiber-reinforced plastic using a male-female pair of upper and lower molds and producing a coated fiber-reinforced plastic, wherein: the fiber-reinforced plastic includes at least a first surface A, a second surface B, and an end surface C connecting to the first surface A and the second surface B; the first surface A and the second surface B each face separate molds when pressure is applied to the fiber-reinforced plastic using the male-female pair of upper and lower molds; from the start to the end of pressure application, the coating material first comes into contact with at least part of the first surface A, and then the coating material comes into contact with at least part of at least one of the second surface B and the end surface C, whereby the fiber-reinforced plastic is coated; and any of the two surfaces and the end surface of the fiber-reinforced plastic are coated within the mold through the method for producing a coated fiber-reinforced plastic.
