PERFECT SNOWMAN
A molding system for forming a snowman structured and arranged to stack in tier form, to enable users to create the perfect snowman comprising a straight and sturdy guide to keep the tier in line, users would pack snow into the three-sphere shaped, hinged molds, then open each sphere, revealing three, connected, perfectly sized balls of snow thereby forming a perfectly shaped and symmetrical snowman
Sheet conveying roller and production method therefor
The present invention provides a sheet conveying roller, which effectively reduces the amount of paper dust accumulated on its outer peripheral surface to thereby suppress sheet transportation failure. The sheet conveying roller includes a nonporous tubular elastic member (1). The elastic member (1) has a plurality of recesses (6) or a plurality of through-holes (8) equidistantly arranged in a center axis (L1) direction thereof and equidistantly arranged in a circumferential direction thereof, and each having an opening having a round plan shape in an outer peripheral surface (2) thereof, wherein the recesses (6) each have a constant depth as measured thicknesswise of the elastic member (1), wherein the through-holes (8) each extend thicknesswise through the elastic member (1). A production method includes forming the elastic member by vulcanizing a rubber composition in a vulcanization mold having projections corresponding to the recesses or the through-holes.
Manhole Inserts and Manhole Insert Gasket Fabrication Methods
Methods of fabricating a manhole insert gasket on a manhole insert flange of a manhole insert include fabricating a gasket mold, inverting a manhole insert having a manhole insert flange, placing the manhole insert on the gasket mold with a mold space overlying the manhole insert flange, preparing a gasket material, placing the gasket material in the mold space, finishing the manhole insert gasket by curing the gasket material and removing the manhole insert from the gasket mold. Manhole inserts having a manhole insert gasket characterized by enhanced sealing capability and longevity are also disclosed.
Method for producing a core brush comprising polyvinyl formalin bristles
A method of producing a brush for the cleaning of electronic components. In this method, a plastic core is prepared and submerged into a solvent to melt the outer surface of the core. While the outer surface of the plastic core is still partially melted, it is rolled through a trough of powdered polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) such that granules of PVA melt into and subsequently become embedded at the outer surface. As the solvent evaporates, the outer surface of the core re-hardens and the granules of PVA become firmly entrapped at the outer surface. The PVA covered shaft is placed in a mold, which is then filled with a PVA solution. As the solution cures, it forms a strong bond with the PVA granules that are embedded at the surface of the plastic core. Thereafter, the mold components are disassembled, leaving behind the finished cored brush.

Manhole inserts having a manhole insert gasket characterized by enhanced sealing capability and longevity are also disclosed.
Method of manufacture of an elastomeric seal
There is provided a method of manufacturing a sealing element, the method having the steps of providing a mold comprising a molding cavity in the shape of the sealing element, the mold having inner walls and outer walls, placing a ring-shaped separator concentrically in the mold, pouring a first elastomer having a first hardness into a center of the separator, and pouring a second elastomer having a second hardness that is different from the first hardness between the separator and the inner walls of the mold.
CAST COMPONENT THAT IS LARGER THAN THE CASTING MOLD
A component is made of at least two segments connected to one another in a movable manner via one or more connecting elements. The component is made of a casting or parts of a casting which is cast in the casting space of a casting mold. The component is longer than the maximum extent of that casting space when the component is aligned via the movable connecting element(s), such that it attains its maximum length L along an axis A. A process for producing the component is also provided.
MOLDING ASSEMBLY
A method of manufacturing a component (124) having a main body (116) and at least one ring sleeve (118) through a molding assembly (100), the method comprising: providing a mold (102) having an inlet (115) and defining a hollow portion (H); placing at least one core to form a free-space (104, 106) within the component (124) inside the mold (102) to bifurcate the hollow portion (H) into a first cavity and a second cavity; pouring a molding material (117) inside the mold (102) through the inlet (115); allowing the molding material (117) to set inside the mold (102) around the core within the first cavity and the second cavity to form a main body (116) and at least one ring sleeve (118) of the component (124); connecting the first cavity and the second cavity and forming at least one first bond and one second bond (130, 132, 134, 136) between the main body (116) and the at least one ring sleeve (118); and removing the at least one core from at least part of the hollow portion (H) within the mold (102); characterized in that: providing the core with at least one recess allowing the molding material (117) to flow therethrough such that on withdrawing the core out of the mold (102), at least one first bond (130, 132) breaks and on withdrawing the core outside the mold (102), at least one second bond (134, 136) breaks.
MICRONEEDLE FOR INHIBITING DEFORMATION AND DEGENERATION IN MOISTURE ENVIRONMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a microneedle, the microneedle including a needle body portion formed using a water-soluble material; an active ingredient coating portion configured to coat the surface of the needle body portion, and including an active ingredient transferred to the biological tissue; and a waterproof coating portion configured to coat at least a portion of the surface of the active ingredient coating portion, and to protect the needle body portion and the active ingredient coating portion from moisture.
