Fixing Member-Attached Resin Pipe Manufacturing Method, Fixing Member-Attached Resin Pipe Manufacturing Device, and Fixing Member-Attached Resin Pipe
A fixing member-attached resin pipe manufacturing method including a process of placing a part of a resin pipe inside a mold for molding a fixing member, and a process of causing a molten resin to flow into the mold so as to mold the fixing member in a state in which the resin pipe is pressurized from an inside of the resin pipe by supplying a fluid into the resin pipe.
METHOD OF FORMING A PLURALITY OF GOLF BALLS
The present invention is directed to a method of forming plurality of golf balls comprising steps of: providing plurality of inner cores; forming sheet of uncured rubber; forming plurality of preps in the sheet of uncured rubber such that each prep contains a concave top surface and is detachably connected to coupling material; loading the preps and coupling material into a core mold; loading plurality of inner cores into mold such that the inner cores are aligned with the concave surface of each prep; molding the preps about the inner cores to form outer core layers; and forming covers about outer core layers.
Ducted rotor blade tip extension
A rotor system is provided in one example embodiment and may include a rotor duct; at least one rotor blade, wherein the at least one rotor blade comprises a tip end; and a tip extension affixed at the tip end of the at least one rotor blade, wherein the tip extension is comprised, at least in part, of a flexible material and the rotor blade has a fixed extended length based on the tip extension. The tip extension may provide a clearance distance between the tip extension and the rotor duct.

METHOD OF FORMING LEVERAGED POROMERIC POLISHING PAD
The invention provides a method of forming porous polyurethane polishing pad that includes feeding liquid polyurethane onto a web sheet with a doctor blade while back tensioning the web. Coagulating liquid polyurethane onto the web sheet forms a two-layer substrate. The two-layer substrate has a porous matrix wherein the porous matrix has large pores extending upward from a base surface and open to an upper surface. Spring-arm sections connect lower and upper sections of the large pores.
SANITARY ARTICLE
A sanitary article, which has a support body and an outer coating which is applied to the support body at least in certain portions and forms the outer side of the sanitary article, the support body being of a first composite material of a filled polymeric binder matrix containing at least one filler in the form of hollow glass beads and the outer coating being of a second composite material of a polymeric binder matrix, which is filled with at least one filler and does not contain any hollow glass beads.

Layered tube for improved kink resistance
A catheter shaft is produced by forming a first polymeric layer onto a flexible inner core while maintaining the inner core in a solid state, and solidifying the first polymeric layer, wherein the solidified first polymeric layer fails to bond with the inner core and is slidable thereon upon flexion of the shaft. A second polymeric layer may be formed over the first polymeric layer, and is slidable thereon when the shaft bends.
