Methods For Making Microneedles Using Adjustment Of Component Solubility In Casting Formulations
Methods are provided that involve the intentional and controlled precipitation of a drug or active agent, or a reduction of solubility of a polymer or other film-forming component of a formulation, or a combination of both methods, to improve the processes for making microneedles or other objects by casting into molds and the resulting parts produced by casting. The selective reduction in solubility of formulation components solves many problems associated with the casting of polymer formulations into molds. The methods are preferably adapted for making microneedles of biodegradable polymer and drug composites, and may also be used to produce other solid objects formed by casting into molds of compositions containing polymers and active agents.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A LUMINESCENT HOROLOGICAL COMPONENT
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a luminescent horological component for a portable object.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a luminescent horological component for a portable object.
Apparatus and process for continuously manufacturing microneedles
The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and a process which can continuously produce microneedles using a conveyor system and decomposition or vacuum. By using the microneedle production method and apparatus according to the present disclosure, continuous mass production of microneedles is available, and therefore it is possible to reduce the input of manpower and produce a large amount of products compared to the conventional production method.
FABRICATION METHOD OF TRANSPARENT 3D POLYDIMETHYLSILOXANE DEVICES WITH POLYCAPROLACTONE MOLDS
A method of forming a model of a porous structure includes three dimensionally printing a mold of the porous structure using a polycaprolactone mold material, filling the mold with a polymer mixture, and heating the filled mold at a temperature above a melting temperature of the mold material to cure the polymer mixture, where the cured polymer mixture forms the model of the porous structure.
Method of fabricating microneedle patches
In the preferred embodiment, a method of making microneedles comprises i) providing a microneedle template (300) having a plurality of microneedles cavities (360) on one surface, ii) preparing a casting solution (320) comprising at least one matrix material and its solvent, iii) subjecting said microneedle template (300) to a vacuum pressure for a length of time to deprive it of air, iv) dispensing the casting solution (320) over the air-deprived microneedle template, v) allowing the casting solution (320) to be drawn into the air-deprived microneedle cavities (360) completely, and vi) allowing the dissolving microneedles to solidify or dry in a controlled environment.

Ignition coil for internal combustion engine and production method for the same
An ignition coil includes a not-illustrated coil, a plate assembly, and a case assembly. The plate assembly and the case assembly are combined with each other by laser welding at a recess and a rib (projection) which are respective abutting portions, thereby forming storage spaces for storing the coil.
METHOD OF FORMING A DEVICE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL, A PATTERN, A DEVICE
A method of forming a device of composite material includes providing a mold having an internal space forming a cavity with an inner surface, the cavity having a shape corresponding to an inner shape of the device to be formed, placing inserts at one or more pre-defined positions along the inner surface, holding the inserts at the one or more positions, introducing removable material into the cavity of the mold to form a pattern having the inserts fixed therein when the removable material is in solid form, and removing the pattern having the inserts fixed therein from the mold.
COMPOSITE PRODUCTS AND THE MANUFACTURE THEREOF
The present invention relates generally to composite products, in particular glass-based composite products, and the manufacture thereof.
