POLYMER ENCAPSULATIONS FOR ITEM SHIPPING
Described are systems, methods, and apparatus for replacing the corrugated containers and dunnage to facilitate packaging of items in foam containers, referred to as polymer encapsulations, that can be used to protect and contain the item during shipment. When one or more items are ordered for delivery to a destination, the item(s) is picked from inventory and a rapidly setting polymer foam is injected around the bagged item to encapsulate and protect the item. For example, at packing, rather than placing the item in a corrugated container, temporary walls may be positioned around the bagged item and a pre-polymer injected into the space between the walls that surround the item such that a polymer forms that encases the item. After the polymer sets, the walls are retracted and the item is protected by the formed polymer encapsulation and available for transport to the destination.
Heated soap bar-forming device
The heated soap bar-forming device includes a housing with a storage compartment adjacent to a heating compartment. The heating compartment is responsible for melting soap remnants into a soap bar in order to re-use said soap remnants. Both the storage compartment and the heating compartment include a removable lid. The heating compartment includes a heating element that is horizontally oriented within the heating compartment. A removable soap tray is able to be placed atop of the heating element, and/or removed from the heating compartment. The heating compartment features an insulator and tray guide that ensures the removable soap tray is able to be properly seated and removed from the heating compartment. Located on the housing, and adjacent to the heating compartment is a control member that adjusts the output of heat and operation of the heating element.

METHOD, DEVICE AND A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR MANUFACTURING A PRE- INSULATED SKELETON FRAMING SEGMENT
A method, a device and a computer program for manufacturing a pre-insulated skeleton framing segment for a building to be constructed, wherein an assembly with a hollow space is provided, to which a data carrier is fitted including data from which a quantity of raw materials required for forming a foam insulation layer of a thickness in the hollow space can be determined, which quantity is calculated, and which raw materials are inserted in the hollow space, and foam and harden there during a period.
Therapeutic device for alleviating a sexual dysfunction and method of making the same
A therapeutic device and a method of making a therapeutic device. The therapeutic device has a body portion having a first end, a second end, a first end portion, a second end portion, and an intermediate portion interposed between the first and second end portions. Extending inward into at least a portion of the body portion of the therapeutic device from at least a portion of the first end of the therapeutic device is a receiving portion. At least a portion of a surface defining the receiving portion has a shape needed to apply a suction force onto another object needed to secure at least a portion of the object within the receiving portion of the therapeutic device.

IMPRINT MATERIAL
Imprint method and apparatus apply an imprint material on a substrate. The imprint material includes a luminescent material that undergoes fluorescence or phosphorescence upon receiving ultraviolet light. The imprint material further includes an ultraviolet curable resin that is cured with ultraviolet light. A mold with a pattern imprints into the imprint material applied to the substrate. The imprint material applied to the substrate is cured with ultraviolet light. After releasing the mold from the substrate imprinted with the pattern, any residual resin remaining on the mold can be detected with ultraviolet light.
Method for supplying a molding device with polymerizable mixture
The invention relates to a method for supplying a polymerizable mixture to at least one molding device, said method comprising the following steps: a) providing a tank containing the polymerizable mixture (box E1), b) reaching a set value of pressure (Ps) in the tank, smaller than the ambient pressure (box E2), c) continuously maintaining the pressure (P) in the tank at the set value of pressure while supplying the polymerizable mixture to the molding device (boxes E3, E4, E41, E42, E5, E51). The invention also relates to a supply device for supplying the molding device with polymerizable mixture.

Hybrid manufacture of three-dimensional components
A method (100) for manufacturing a three-dimensional object (1), said method comprising the following steps: a three-dimensional mold (2) defining an interior space (21) is provided (110); a filling material (3) comprising at least one liquid or past-like monomer is introduced (120) into the interior space (21); the monomer is polymerized (130) to produce a polymer, the temperature (3a) of the filling material (3) and/or the temperature (2a) of an outer surface of the three-dimensional mold (2) being monitored (140); and on the basis of the results (2a, 3a) of this monitoring operation, the quality (1a) of the object (1) is assessed (150) and/or at least one measure (4) is taken (160) in order to direct the temperature (2a, 3a) in a desired direction.
